What does the job entail

Just some of the activities that fall under your position; maintaining and expanding contacts with customers and dealers, looking for new opportunities in the market, making proposals and quotations and representing INNO-WAY at trade fairs. As a Software Engineer you will focus on designing, programming and commissioning the machines. Studying, analyzing and interpreting the functional specification agreed with the customer and translating this into a working concept (you do this in collaboration with engineers from different disciplines). You have to make sure that the machines come to life. For this you ensure the correct setting of the machines and carry out test improvement programs. You perform system analysis to investigate different solution options. You are involved with the machine up to delivery and commissioning at the customer.

You’ll provide technical support to our local customers across the Netherlands with a particular focus on the central region. You’ll develop your career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment and solutions for industrial companies.

As an all-round TIG welder, you will assemble stainless steel constructions based on drawings. This involves high-quality welding. You are expected to be able to independently “translate” drawings to the product. You determine your own work plan. That means showing initiative and being able to think in terms of solutions rather than problems.
