Accountmanager Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you are the point of contact for our customers. You answer incoming questions and requests by telephone, email and chat. This position involves both administrative and commercial responsibilities. You will support the Field Account Manager with the administrative processing of incoming orders. You will also have the opportunity to handle enquiries yourself and convert them into orders. Let's go and get it!

Your role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling questions via phone, email and chat. The position combines administrative and commercial responsibilities: supporting the field sales team with order processing while also managing your own requests and turning them into confirmed orders.

Main responsibilities

Advising customers on a wide range of packaging solutions

Managing and communicating with customer accounts

Building your own client portfolio

Handling requests regarding orders, deliveries, stock and samples

Processing orders and inquiries in our systems and coordinating internally with production and logistics

Your profile

3–6 years of experience in a commercial inside sales role

Excellent command of Dutch, good knowledge of English

Strong customer focus with the ability to translate needs into solutions

Accurate, organized and commercially minded

Enthusiastic, eager to learn and entrepreneurial

Available for at least 32 hours per week
