Products & services

Solid cardboard packaging
Limit your storage costs while accelerating your distribution. Solid cardboard packaging is highly suited for long-distance transport, storage in refrigerated warehouses or cold stores and much more

Corrugated packaging
Corrugated board is made from natural raw materials, which means it’s highly recyclable. It’s light but strong, ensuring it gives products optimal protection during storage and transport.

Folding cardboard packaging
This lightweight is an outstanding choice for consumer packaging in the food and non-food sector. The material is flexible in terms of printing and shape, which means it is easy to personalize based on your branding.

Premium packaging
Exclusive packaging tailored to your premium product and branding? Our luxury finishing techniques (gold printing, glossy and matte lacquer, embossing, windows) are the way to go.

Packaging systems
Over the years the variety of types of cardboard packaging has increased enormously. At Van de Velde Systems – Schut we have an excellent solution for this. Based on a standard concept we deliver cartoning machines, carton erectors, carton sealers and sleeving machines tailored to your specific wishes.

Catalogues
A catalogue is a perfect tool to inform consumers about your offer in a quick and efficient way.

Cards
It is important to communicate a certain message extra clearly. At Van de Velde we design, produce and finish cards with a striking slogan, crystal-clear information or just a nice text.

Endload cartoning machines
With end loading machines, products are pushed horizontally into the box. Products that can easily be pushed as a single unit are suitable for this. Van de Velde Systems – Schut offers simple and compact end loading machines with speeds from 35 boxes per minute to fully automatic machines with manual or automatic feeding and speeds of up to 120 boxes per minute.

Labels
A price tag or label on product packaging attracts attention, clarifies the contents or provides space for some other message. It can be a stylish eyecatcher for exclusive products.

Used boxes
Used boxes, the name says it all, have already been used once. We buy boxes and select them extensively for quality. We sell the cardboard boxes that meet our high quality requirements under the heading ‘used boxes’. The advantage of these boxes is that they are much cheaper than new boxes.

Trays
A neutral standard solution or an exclusive tray tailored to your product, with your logo, print or photo – there are so many options in terms of shape, size, colour, finish and print.

Cups
Our cardboard cups for coffee, hot chocolate, tea, soft drinks and more are made from high grade eco-friendly cardboard with biodegradable PLA or PE coating to prevent leaking.

P.ACKALIMBOX
Salads, pasta, prepared meals, but also snacks, fish and shellfish, fruit and vegetables, meat, cheese, ... With the P.ackalimbox you pack all fresh food in a sustainable, ecologically responsible way. The innovative packaging concept combines cardboard with a minimum of plastic.

Microflute
F- and E-flute micro-corrugated board laminated boxes with or without window, displays, clamshells, metallized and hot-foil finishes put your brand in the spotlight. The printing and design options are unlimited.

Tray- and carton erector
Top loading packaging lines consist of a carton or tray erector, a filling section and a carton sealer. The blanks are erected to form a box with attached lid. This results in a large fill opening that makes it easy to fill the carton, manually or automatically. Then the filled carton is conveyed to the carton sealer where it is sealed closed with hotmelt.
