Bringing your production of labels and tags in-house can offer you many benefits. You print the number of labels you need when you need them. So you don't have to carry a large stock of labels. So you no longer have to throw away expensive labels when launching a new product or a change of packaging. It gives you the flexibility to react quickly to changes in your environment. Besides, you can use seasonal labels (e.g. for the Christmas period). This increases visibility and ultimately sales. After this period, you simply switch back to the original label.
If you use only black and white labels on your products? Then quickly discover the advantages of colour. A colour label is more attractive and customers will choose your products in a shop faster. Color labelprinters Toner
Dry toner laser color label printers are the most suitable models for achieving greater resistance on almost all types of materials. LED technology based on dry toner delivers strong, moisture-resistant prints. The advantages of laser printers over inkjet models lie in the fact that no ink can bleed at all, because this technology works with powder that is bonded to the material instead of ink. Additionally, the cost per page is significantly lower, depending on the application. The print speed is considerably higher because the page is processed directly as a whole, whereas an inkjet device prints a series of narrow strips close together. However, black-and-white laser printers still produce raster images and are, with the exception of top models, less effective at reproducing images with solid areas. Some of our toner-based printers are capable of printing in WHITE. This allows you to print on black substrates and thus produce dark labels. Transparent substrates are also no problem for toner printers.

Thermal foil labelprinters
These thermal label printers can print the (variable) information on your label in a single color. You can choose between direct thermal printing, thermal transfer, or foil printing. With this form of printing, you apply a layer of gold, silver, red, green, black, or white foil to specific areas of the already printed material. Foil printing provides a luxurious look and accentuates certain parts of the label particularly well. A touch of gold or silver leaf on specific parts of your images gives your labels a very special finishing effect.

Neuralabel 300X ST
The NeuraLabel 300x ST is a high-speed, high-resolution digital label printer for on-demand GHS-compliant color label printing. Built on advanced HP PageWide technology, the 300x ST is capable of print speeds up to 20 inches per second (that’s over 100 letter-sized labels per minute). With print resolution up to 2400 x 1200 dpi, colors pop and graphics look sharp on your finished labels. Primera LX-3000
The Primera LX3000e features an all-new tanked-ink system and printhead and provides the lowest cost per print. The printer offers the same quality features as the LX910e with the addition of an user-replaceable printhead and large individual CMY ink tanks with either dye or pigment ink. It’s perfect for a range of industries including health and beauty, food and beverage, chemicals and more. The Big Ink system uses dye or pigment inks optimised for brightness, durability and optical density. The latter is particularly high for the process black, resulting in the blackest black ever released in a CMY printer. It has many advantages for labels over the carbon black inks used by other colour label printers, such as better water resistance, compatibility with a wider range of speciality label media and higher smudge resistance.

Duoblade SX
The Duoblade SX allows you to cut labels up to a size of 320x400mm. This allows you to cut wider and longer than most rotary and semi-rotary die-cutting units at an affordable price. Next to this, the Duoblade SX also plots faster than most blade-based plotters. The device allows plotting with 4 blades at the same time and can reach a speed of 9.8m per minute. Duoblade WX-II

The NeuraLabel Callisto color label printer is a high-speed, high-resolution printer for in-house, digital on-demand color label printing. Built on HP PageWide™ advanced printhead technology, the NeuraLabel Callisto is capable of print speeds up to 90 feet per minute. With print resolution up to 2400 x 1200 dpi, colors pop and graphics look sharp on your finished labels.
