Pronova Packaging Systems
The Pronova 525 bag packaging machine is a robust and sturdy machine that automatically and without moving parts opens up and seals prefabricated Joker® bags. It is designed for 24-hour-use in automated packaging lines. Heavy products can be packaged –vertically as well as horizontally, if using the optional supporting conveyor belt. The machine has proven to be reliable in tough environments. The opening rails keep many bags open at a time for filling. By simply turning two knobs you can instantly and very easily change the bag opening and adjust it to the product’s size and shape – from a very narrow and thin up to a square opening.

Egatec and REV Case Packers
Automated machines for packaging, pelletizing and internal conveying of products at the end of a packaging line. The Case Packers from Egatec and REV, which automate the secondary packaging process, have been successful. Products can be packed fully automatically in open or closed boxes and crates. Regardless of how the products are packaged in, for example, punnets, clamshells, top seal packaging, pillow bags or net packaging. The Case Packers are user-friendly and can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines.
Netverpakking: Recyclebaar mono (PE) of Composteerbaar Bio?
De REV Puma is een verticale netverpakkingsmachine voor het verpakken in een netverpakking, zonder dat deze gesloten hoeft te worden door middel van een metalen of kunststof clip. De machine kan zowel geëxtrudeerd als gebreid net verwerken. Het etiket kan aan beide zijden bevestigd worden (met handvatfunctie) of als wijnglaslabel. Puma kan ook etiketten naar uw gewenste vorm en bedrukking verwerken. Door de vernieuwde technologie is het mogelijk om met de REV Puma in zowel geëxtrudeerd als gebreid net te verpakken. Hierdoor kan de keus gemaakt worden voor een recyclebare mono verpakking (PE) of een composteerbare Bio netverpakking.
