The Robatech Group, headquartered in Muri/AG, Switzerland, is a leading global manufacturer of innovative and sustainable adhesive solutions for industrial hot melt and cold adhesive applications. Since 1975, Robatech has been manufacturing and supplying high-quality control systems, application heads, melting and dispensing systems. Robatech representatives in 80 countries advise and support customers in a wide range of industries on all questions related to adhesive application and optimization of adhesive processes. Robatech Netherlands employs 10 enthusiastic people. Together we are responsible for the Dutch and Belgian markets.

PERFECTFOLD – Liquid creasing for folding cardboard without tearing
Soft fold, strong quality. Traditional creasing can weaken cardboard, cause tears, and thus negatively affect the quality of your packaging. The PerfectFold Liquid Creaser changes that: by controlled moistening of the cardboard on the fold line, a softer, more precise fold is created without damaging the fiber structure. PerfectFold is designed as a reliable system that can be integrated inline into your packaging line. It dispenses liquid exactly where the fold is to be made — quickly, reproducibly, and without unnecessary delay. The result is a neater fold, less product rejection, and better processability in downstream processes. With its advanced jetting technology, Volta delivers extremely accurate adhesive deposition, even at high processing speeds. Performa - the heated hose for high-precision adhesive applications
How reliably and precisely products are glued also depends on the heated hose. The fully insulated Performa heated hose keeps the temperature and viscosity of the melted adhesive as constant over the hose’s entire length as a temperature controller keeps the oven temperature. Gluing becomes more reliable, but also less expensive. The state-of-the-art heated hose insulation and the PrimeConnect plug coupling ensure quick operational readiness and outstanding energy efficiency. Performa’s energy-efficient design pays off. Compared to Robatech’s Enduro heated hose, Performa requires 45 % less energy in operation and is ready for operation up to 30 % faster. The waiting time after a production stop is noticeably reduced. Performa heated hoses remain in use for a long time and prevent unpleasant surprises. The full insulation and uniform temperature distribution ensure that the adhesive does not degrade and the application head remains functional.
