C-300 / C-1000 / C-2000 Case Erector
The C-300 / C-1000 / C-20000 are case erector machines from the standard Lantech series. All standard equipment use proven techniques from the Lantech machine program. With this very compact case erector it is possible to handle a large number of different sizes with a high degree of reliability. Therefore the price / performance ratio is very good. Its modest dimensions make integration in almost every production possible. Converting into another box size takes about 1-2 minutes. The components incorporated in our machine have been selected with the utmost care in order to guarantee our customers years of maximum performance from their installation.
CS-300 / CS-1000 Case Sealer
The CS-300 / CS-1000 Case Top Sealer Tape are Case Sealer machines from the Lantech CS-Series. All standard equipment use proven techniques from the Lantech’s machine program. With this very compact Case Sealer it is possible to handle a large number of different sizes with a high degree of reliability. Therefore the price / performance ratio is very good. Its modest dimensions make integration in almost every production possible. The set-up time, converting from one case size to the next, takes about 1-2 minutes.
TE-Modular Tray Erector
The design of the machine incorporates the latest developments in forming a tray / lid. It is an extremely user-friendly machine, which is simple to adjust. From a horizontal magazine a blank is taken with vacuum and put in position. A mechanic pusher brings the blank to the forming mould. During the transfer a very accurate timing of the glue injection is achieved on the long flaps. After reaching the forming station, the blank will be stamped through the adjustable forming unit; the sides of the tray will be simultaneous pressed on 4 sides.
LA-1000 Lid Applicator
The design of the machine incorporates the latest developments in lid application. It is an extremely user-friendly machine, which is simple to adjust. From a horizontal magazine a blank is taken with vacuum and put in position. Four snap-lock grippers transport the blank to the forming head position. During the transfer a very accurate timing of the glue injection is achieved on the short flaps. At the same time the long sides of the incoming tray/case are glued during transport to the lid application station. After reaching the lid application station the blank will be picked up and when the filled tray/case is in the right position below, the controlled movement will go downwards to the top of the tray/case. In that position the 4 flaps will be folded 90° against the tray. The folding unit will go back to the upper position and the tray with glued lid will exit the machine over the conveyor belt.
