For over 70 years, Flexico has been manufacturing resealable packaging solutions that adapt to all industries.
With a unique expertise and four production plants across Europe (France, Germany, and Spain), four sales offices, and an R&D department constantly working to develop new packaging solutions, we are committed to innovation and quality.
We have two main areas of expertise: bags and zip closure systems.
Bags
As a manufacturer and supplier of packaging, we offer a standard range available in stock at any time. As specialists in professional and custom packaging, we develop personalized solutions that meet all needs.
Zip closure systems
We design and produce innovative zip closures, incorporating tactile and sound effects. Currently, we hold 160 active patents on our closure systems to provide solutions that enhance the customer experience. We also develop specific zips for packaging companies.
All our products are manufactured in France and Europe, and we are committed to working with local suppliers to reduce our environmental impact.

RESEALABLE SYSTEMS
Aware of the market challenges in the packaging sector, Flexico® quickly became a multi-specialist in flexible resealable packaging. Thus we are able to offer you a complete range of bags and also a wide choice of closing systems. Our zippers are made of extruded or co-extruded polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) to improve the technical features of the closure, including weldability in particular. Thanks to the quality of the materials used and the composition of our formulations, the plastic packaging has good welding properties and it is extremely practical for your consumers as a result. Our zips are all produced in France and available in a mono-material version to guarantee a 100% recyclable closure system that complies with the EU Circular Economy Roadmap.
Click&Pour zipper
The specific design of the Click&Pour® closure profile makes it possible to pour, dose and reclose your package. It is suitable for all types of bags. Easy to use the Click&Pour® function is ideal for powdered or granulated foods that require precise pouring and dosing such as sugar, flour or fertilisers… The Click&Pour® concept ensures that no particles are trapped in the zipper, ensuring its reclosure and better preservation of the product. Its design allows automatic alignment for ease of use. The sound and tactile effects of the closure provides intuitive use. This guarantee brings real added value to the consumer, reduces food waste and increases the shelf life of the product. Suitable for food contact, all our zippers are manufactured in our BRCGS certified workshops.
Minigripecycled : Clear plastic bag, recycled and recyclable packaging
The PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) range meets this demand for reclosable plastic bags in a sustainable development. It benefits from the same manufacturing and extrusion process as the Minigrip® Original range. The use of a single material, recycled polyethylene, allows the bag to be fully recyclable. The resealable bag is practical and robust, and is used and reused for transport and storage. It can be used in many areas (industry, textile, fashion, DIY, distribution, logistics….) that do not need food contact compliance. The Minigrip® PCR bag has some visual imperfections, which highlights the presence of recycled material, and is recognisable by its 3 black lines. We promote local employment with two production plants in Europe.
Easy Crush zipper : Eco-responsible zippers for recyclable mono-material
Our Easy Crush zippers have been developed to meet the growing requirement for eco-responsible solutions : using less material and adopting single-material recyclable films. The specificity of Easy Crush zipper profiles is to allow the crushing and the sealing at lower temperatures in comparison with a conventional zipper (up to 50°C gain). This profile allows clean, leak-free seals when converting the bag. The sealing layer is suitable for PE or PP films depending on the reference. Our zippers are 100% PE or PP mono-material and can be recycled in countries benefitting from adapted recycling channels. All our closing systems are manufactured in Europe in BRCGS approved workshops and are suitable for food contact.
Bio-based Minigrip® : 100% recyclable bio-based clear plastic bag with zipper closure
Made in Europe, the Minigrip® biosourced PE (polyethylene) range is made from sugar cane, a renewable natural resource that reduces greenhouse gas emissions. The biosourced Minigrip® is suitable for food contact. This biobased range is of the same quality and complements the Original range as well as the recycled range. All our Minigrip® bags are reclosable, reusable and recyclable. Minigrip® biobased is visually distinguished from the rest of the range by its three green lines on the lip. We promote local employment with the extrusion and shaping of our bags in our two production plants in Europe.
