Stretch Wrapper

The differences in degree of automation is based on many years of experience. Together with the equipment options and the many possible options, they offer the best solution for all requirements. The new series of stretch wrappers offer a high degree of efficiency. This feature guarantees not only a good securement of the load, but also a minimum on material costs, that is a low consumption on stretch film. The CTT 300 offers the ability to arrange the wrap process as you want.

Strapping

Strapping Strapping is the process by which a metal or plastic strap is applied to a product or pallet to bundle, reinforce or attach it to anything. A handheld device or machine is always required to attach this metal or plastic strap. In addition to strapping devices, Cyklop has an extensive range of strapping machines. Semi-automatic arc and table machines have been designed for a small amount of boxes to be strapped. If you want to strap large quantities, (fully) automatic machines and installations are available. These machines can be customized.

Coding

Industrial printers Cyklop offers various solutions for coding products and packaging. Our printers can be divided into two categories: the High Resolution inkjet printer and the Continuous Inkjet (CIJ). A high resolution inkjet printer is ideal when high-quality printing and ease of use are required. High resolution inkjet printers use easily exchangeable standard cartridges and do not use any additional solvents. A continuous inkjet printer uses ink and make-up liquid (thinner). Both liquids are contained in a separate container / bottle and are mixed in the ink reservoir to achieve the correct thickness. The ink is transferred under pressure from the ink reservoir through the print hose into the print head and then ejected onto the substrate.

Taping

Tape machines Taping is the application of an adhesive tape on, for example, a box or other surface. Packaging tape can be applied manually, with a table dispenser or with a tape machine. A hand-dispenser is often used for manually applying tape. This is simple, mobile and inexpensive. It is easier, however, to work with a table dispenser. The cutting length of the adhesive tape can be set in advance, so that the correct length is always dispensed and automatically cut. This results in a saving of tape and time. With an automatic tape machine it is possible to close thousands of packages per day.

Bundling

Binders We have a suitable binder for large and small, circular and damp products. The term bundling is used for holding products together by means of a rubber band or a Strepper®. The machines that do this are referred to as elastic binders or Elastobinders. Over the years, we have developed tried and tested technologies, as a result of which our machines are extremely reliable and perform stably in extreme circumstances. Almost all of our binders are available in various specifications and can be fitted with several options. We can also manufacture bespoke systems due to our in-house engineering facility.

Wrapping

Palletwrappers There are different types of stretch wrappers: the turntable wrapper, arm wrapper, ring wrapper, robot wrapper and the horizontal wrapper. Each type of wrapper has its own specific characteristics. Which type is most suitable for you depends, amongst other things, on what is being packaged, what the dimensions are, the amount of pallets per day and how heavy the load is. There are even more factors that determine the purchase of the right stretch wrapper. Choosing the right pallet wrapper is complex and requires experience. Consumables

Consumables We have suitable consumables for all products for the best packaging result. Our consumables work perfectly on our machines and tools. In each product category, there are multiple products to choose from. Almost all products are in stock in our warehouses, so we can quickly deliver the products. Our consumables are developed to secure and protect your products during internal and external transport.

Nanofilm

Save costs with thin, sturdy wrapping film! Nanofilm is a strong, thinner wrapping film than ‘normal’ wrapping film. As a result, up to 70% less plastic film is wrapped around the pallet. This has several advantages. Firstly, this saves packaging costs. In addition, there is less need to change roles, so that less physical force has to be supplied.
