Bizerba’s vision inspection systems deliver reliable quality control of packaging and labels within automated production lines. The portfolio includes solutions for seal inspection, label verification and optical 100% inspection, designed to ensure process reliability and brand protection. At Empack, LabelSecure takes center stage. The system verifies label content, position and readability on both the top and bottom of packages and immediately detects deviations. In combination with LeakSecure, it enables real-time control of both packaging integrity and labeling within one integrated solution. The systems feature modular designs for seamless integration into existing lines and support digital documentation and traceability via BRAIN2 software. As part of Bizerba’s inspection portfolio, vision systems can be combined with other systems to deliver integrated quality control within a production line. Visit Bizerba at stand C37 for a live demonstration of LabelSecure.
Metal Detection Solutions
Bizerba’s metal detection solutions, including the iMD pro, ensure reliable detection of metallic contaminants within automated production lines. The system safely detects enclosed contaminants such as steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals like aluminum in packaged products. The iMD pro combines high detection sensitivity with maximum interference resistance through advanced Single Frequency (SF), Multi-Frequency (MF) and Multi-Simultaneous Frequency (MSF) technology. Intelligent sensitivity adjustment and a special EMC combi filter ensure stable performance even in demanding production environments. A particularly short metal-free zone and adjustable detector height optimize detection performance, while the hygienic IP65 design allows easy and thorough cleaning. Variable belt speed and flexible conveyor integration enable seamless adaptation to different products and line configurations. The system complies with the latest HACCP, IFS and BRC requirements and can be equipped with product-specific rejection systems for maximum quality assurance. As part of Bizerba’s inspection portfolio, the iMD pro can be combined with other systems to deliver integrated quality control within a single production line. Suitable for food applications and other industries where product safety is critical. Visit Bizerba at stand C37 for more information.
Checkweigher Systems
The CWE dynamic checkweigher systems are engineered for manufacturers who require 100% in-line weight control combined with legal compliance, minimal giveaway and maximum process reliability. The CWE verifies products in real time with certified accuracy from 5 g to 15 kg and supports high-speed production lines of up to 600 packs per minute. This prevents under- or overweight packages and reduces the risk of fines, product recalls and unnecessary product waste. Its modular design, adjustable conveyor height and compact footprint enable seamless integration into existing production lines. The intuitive 16” multi-touch interface with GT-softControl G2 ensures user-friendly operation and efficient process monitoring. Future-proof by design, the CWE features integrated UPS support, web interface and remote service capabilities. With trend analysis functionality and article memory for up to 100,000 products, it enables full transparency and production optimization. As part of Bizerba’s inspection portfolio, the CWE can be combined with other systems to deliver integrated quality control within a single production line. Suitable for food, pharmaceutical and non-food applications. Visit Bizerba at stand C37 for more information.

Central Quality & Data Management Software
BRAIN2 is Bizerba’s modular industrial software platform designed to centralize, digitize and optimize production processes. As a server-based system with a uniform database, BRAIN2 enables centralized user and device management, comprehensive reporting functions and an integrated Audit Trail System. All changes to system data are fully documented with timestamp and user information, supporting maximum transparency and compliance. Its modular architecture allows flexible expansion with modules for OEE analysis, data recording, label design, production control and device management. Reports can be saved in various formats without complex conversions. BRAIN2 is available in different packages (Basic, Standard and Enterprise), scalable to the size and complexity of your production environment. As the digital backbone of the production line, BRAIN2 connects weighing, labeling and inspection systems within one centralized platform. Live BRAIN2 demonstrations will be presented at stand C37 during Empack.
Vision Inspection System Leaksecure
LeakSecure is an advanced vision inspection system for fully non-destructive in-line leak detection in CO₂-based MAP packaging. Designed for semi-rigid trays, it reliably detects leaks directly from the tray before defective products leave the production line. At Empack, LeakSecure is showcased in combination with LabelSecure, delivering comprehensive packaging and label inspection in real time. This configuration enables 100% inline verification of label presence, position, legibility and code accuracy, combined with immediate CO₂ leak detection to identify defective seal seams or micro-leaks. Non-conforming packages are automatically rejected with clear cause identification, enabling rapid process optimization. LeakSecure can also be integrated with SealSecure basic for combined leak detection and visual seal inspection, offering modular flexibility depending on production requirements. Ideal for ready meals, fresh and processed meat, seafood, dairy and bakery products. Visit Bizerba at stand C37 for a live demonstration.
