We support companies committed to designing new sustainable packaging with thinkz, the range of eco-friendly inks, for sustainable markings. Our sustainable thinkz inks, which are certified for compostable packaging, have passed verification tests and are TÜV OK compost INDUSTRIAL certified and retain the compostability properties of the packaging.
In the development process, materials that are free of heavy metals and have reduced ecotoxicity have been carefully selected, according to the requirements of the European compostability standard EN 13432. Our ‘OK compost’ certified inks comply with GMP procedures for the food packaging industry and do not require any in-application assessments, further testing or risk assessment by the customer. This ensures that the compostability characteristics of the packaging remain unchanged.
