How does it work?
- First, register for Empack: after registration, you will receive an email with which you can create your account in the Easyfairs NL app.
- Download the Easyfairs NL app: the app is available for both Android and iOS. Follow the link or scan the QR code to download the app.
- Set up your profile: tell us about your interests, company details, and what you are looking for at the trade show.
- Start matching: Begin exploring our recommendations, connect with fellow industry professionals, and plan your visit.
- Enjoy Empack: with your schedule easily accessible, you can focus on making new connections and gaining valuable insights!
Get the most out of your visit!
Approximately three weeks before the event starts, the app will go live. At that time, you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.
FAQ
Visitors, speakers, and exhibitors can log in to the Easyfairs NL app, where they can follow the latest news of the event and connect with other visitors, exhibitors, or speakers. With the app, they can:
- View the knowledge program and schedule sessions in their agenda
- Network with other visitors, exhibitors, or speakers
- Schedule appointments with others during the event
- View speaker and exhibitor information
- Look at the map
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL. Or click on ‘Download the app’ in the welcome email you receive.
After registering for the event, you will receive a welcome email to activate your account for the Easyfairs NL app. Enter the email address with which you registered and the registration ID/badge ID from the welcome email. Then create a password, which you will use to log in in the future.
Click on the Help? button in the app to get in touch, so the email can be sent again. Or email to invitation@easyfairs.com.
In the exhibitor list, you will find all participating companies. Click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with each other or schedule an appointment.
Under ‘App Users,’ you will see all users of the app. If you want to make contact with, for example, another visitor, you search for this person and click on ‘Show interest’ to express your interest.
The entire program is visible in the app, under the ‘Program’ section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking on the ‘Add to agenda’ button next to the session.
Under ‘Recommended for You,’ you will see recommendations that are specifically displayed for you, such as exhibitors, booth staff, other visitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and your interests. You can show interest in the suggested individuals or companies or skip them.
