Machine used for filling of PE or laminated tubes with gels, creams or other fluids, sealing them with hot air, stamping date or batch No. and cutting excess plastic on the tube ending, which arises during
tube sealing.
The machine works in semi-automatic mode - that is all operations except for inserting, positioning and moving of tubes are done automatically.

Process parameters:
* Volume of reservoir 25 liters
* Tube diameter ø 10 mm – ø 50 mm
* Tube height can be adjusted in range 50 – 250 mm
* Dosing volume (cylinder volume of filling device) 7-250 ml
* Output up to 900 pcs./h (depends on operator, tube volume and tube sealing time)
