Optionally in combination with the pre-heat. This increases the closing reliability of glass jars. How does cold vacuum closing work with the new closing head? The redesigned closing head has a larger range, allowing multiple jar sizes to be processed with a single head. This saves changeover time and reduces complexity. Result: higher availability and lower production costs. Why does the pre-heat add value? More and more customers are switching to PVC-free lids. Our compact pre-heat brings the lid to the exact temperature, ensuring the compound performs optimally and making the vacuum closing demonstrably more reliable. Maximum product protection during the dosing process! Our ACM determines the vibrations at the stainless steel hopper by means of a sound sensor. Thus reference values for individual recipes and packaging tasks can be defined and constantly compared with the actual values during production. If a deviation from the reference value is detected, e.g. due to metallic friction, warning messages and/or a machine stop are issued. With this method, contamination by the smallest particles - not detectable in the metal detector - can be detected in time.

Beef maturity test with top marks BeefAger brings a new dimension of quality to the maturing process of beef in vacuum packs. Thanks to the high-performance SuperCore® absorbent core, the BeefAger pad actively optimizes the maturing process of beef. BeefAger offers the possibility of simulating a dryaging process in vacuum packaging - with outstanding results. The BeefAger Pad was thoroughly tested by the German Institute of Food Technologies (DIL) in a maturation study in the areas of sensory properties and meat quality, among others. Compared to other vacuum packs, BeefAger clearly achieved the best results. The meat quality improves in tenderness, beef flavor and juiciness, without any disadvantages.

Boxli 1000 is a heavy-duty cardboard box with a PE liner inside. This fully recyclable packaging can hold up to 1,000 litres of liquid. Boxli is efficiently packaged, saves space compared to traditional IBCs. In production its assembled in seconds and is environmentally friendly after use.

The tray is adjusted on 4 sizes with a hand lever which is in close proximity. The appropriate tray (S, M , L , XL) is put placed on the machine, the holder fixes the tray automatically. Then the goods to be shipped (several are also possible) are placed on the tray. By pressing a button (buzzer) the packing process is started. Simultaneously the employee can erect the shipping carton or prepare shipping documents. Immediately afterwards, the tray is wrapped and ready to be placed in the shipping carton. With this machine system, everything is child‘s play and perfectly packed. The costs are always the same and included in the tray price. The machine system is provided for you, foil included. You have no fluctuations due to more or less filling material. Goods up to 10 kg are no problem. Due to perfectly designed outer cartons and reinforcements, shipping is fast and safe.
