The product is loaded manually and moved in stages towards the circular blade. The product is cut with precision to your set dimensions and placed on the conveyor belt in stacked portions, folded, or by individual pieces.

ITW Lineair weighing machines

ITW linear weighers can weigh and count a variety of products, from chicken strips to fresh vegetables. Using vibrating stations and/or belts, these mobile weighers transport their products. With integrated checkweighers, these weighers can detect over- and underweights.

Packaging Automation is een familiebedrijf, en fabriceert al traysealmachines sinds 1963. Ze zijn in de thuismarkt Engeland één van de leidende fabrikanten van traysealmachines en roterende afvul- en verpakkingsmachines (carrouselmachines). Men heeft een uitgebreid assortiment machines welke voor de Benelux uitermate geschikt zijn, en welke in sommige gevallen uniek te noemen zijn. Een sterk punt van Packaging Automation is, dat men snel kan schakelen omdat men het ontwerp en de complete productie van de machines in eigen hand houdt. Men besteedt veel aandacht aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe machines en toolings, waarbij veel aandacht uitgaat naar het hygiënisch ontwerp, betrouwbaarheid, bedieningsgemak, reductie van energieverbruik, en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe verpakkingsconcepten.
