Nobac 5000
Linerless labelling technology for C / D labels and sleeves Linerless labels are continuously rolled up on a roll. A thin silicon layer on the top of the label prevents them from sticking together. On the bottom side of the labels is an adhesive layer which is activated by heat during application and thus adheres to the package. The big advantage is, that linerless labels are individually cut during the labelling process. For example, wrap-around labelling as a C or D label is also possible. No matter what type of packaging will be used: Skin packs, MAP trays as well as round products.
ES-R
ES-R Digitalization & High Performance fully automatic price labelling The fully automatic price labelling system convinces on the one hand due to its maximum performance of up to 140 packs per minute as well as a unique labelling accuracy of +/- 1 mm. On the other hand, this new machine generation offers digital technologies that support the machine operator with regards to usability and quality insurance. For example, the unique SmartHead thermal bar, which gives a real-time feedback of the printing quality to the operator. The integrated 3D cam scans the geometry of a package within the transportation process and calculates fully automatic the perfect labelling position. Independent if it´s a grown product e.g. a fully chicken or in skin packed, irregular product shapes. All the systems can be modularly combined with up to 4 printers independent from the top or bottom position.
ES-M
Standalone or total printer Manual product labelling at the highest level with the new generation ES-M. Available with a fixed or removable swipe touch display, this system allows for simple and intuitive operation, with a maximum print speed of 300 mm/s. Exclusive internal cables offer an excellent level of hygiene, applicable in the food industry, production industry and logistics.
