Clever CPL was established in 2004 and has grown into an all-round supplier of product identification systems. We are a distributor of a large number of coding and labelling brands such as Hitachi, Collamat, Sato and Zebra. As the distributor of these brands we have access to all the latest developments. We take care of the installation and maintenance of these systems as well as training courses for your staff.

De CDA Ninette is een semi-automatische labelaar die gebuikt kan worden voor het aanbrengen van etiketten op cilindrische objecten zoals flessen, blikken, potjes etc. De Ninette biedt de mogelijkheid om op verschillende formaten etiketten aan te brengen op alle type materialen (glas, PET of PVC) zonder hardware veranderingen. Laserfood (Natural branding)
De lasercodingmachines maken gebruik van een geconcentreerde lichtbron die de buitenste laag van groente en fruit depigmenteren waardoor er een zichtbare afdruk ontstaat. Laserfood beschikt over de technologie waar veel vraag naar is als het gaat om alternatieven voor kleine stickertjes of labeltjes. Foodlaser is een al 15 jaar gespecialiseerd bedrijf in de AGF lasercoding sector. Doormiddel van de innovatieve systemen is het mogelijk om groenten en fruit op een natuurlijk, snelle, economische en veelzijdige manier te identificeren. Laserfood beschikt over twee machines (Pro en Lite) met enkele constructieve verschillen, maar wel met dezelfde bedieningsprincipes. De machines kunnen afzonderlijk te werk gaan of worden opgenomen in een productielijn, waar het in- en/of uitstapgebied wordt aangepast aan de eisen van de klant. De gebruiker van de machine kiest via een menu op het bedieningspaneel de gewenste configuraties (productcombinatie, ontwerp gravering, werkformaat). Het product kan in bulk of in een doos bij de ingang van de machine worden geplaatst. De transportband vervoert de producten naar het markeringsgebied. De machine beschikt over een automatisch detectiesysteem en analyseert de positie van het product, vervolgens word het product gemarkeerd. Eenmaal gemarkeerd, wordt het product via transportband naar de uitgang verplaatst.
Egg industry

Finally, a laser engraving machine has very few consumables, which saves you a lot of money. With a laser machine from Clever-CPL, you can both laser mark at low speed and at high speed. Coding egg cartons: The code on the carton is often the first impression a consumer gets after opening the egg carton to look for cracked eggs. If the code is unreadable, consumers often put the carton back on the shelf and all the hard work of producing beautiful eggs and creating an attractive package is lost. The code on the carton also indicates the origin and expiry date. A clearly legible code on the egg carton is therefore essential.
