Nailcollor filling machine / Nail polish filling machine
This machine is suited to fill at level products, such us nail polish/fragrances and solvents. The machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and is complete with a glass tank placed on the back of the machine. A suction hose connects the machine to the tank of the product, a second hose connects the dosing group to the tank of the glass. Overplus of product is automatically sucked by the dosing nozzle and piped into the glass accumulation tank placed on the back of the machine (that is used as a tank to store up and to recover the product). This machine has a nozzle for dosage that goes up and down all times we approach the bottle for filling near the sensor. This system is not with diving function, the nozzle will go inside the neck of the bottle and the filling will be at level. The time for dosing is timed in order to optimize the speed of production. Special device that permit the fill of metals balls into your bottles. It work pneumatically and the body is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

Automatic perfume filling and crimping line LA1 is the perfect and compact solution for an intense production. The set-up of the machine can be custom made on each client’s needs, so different stations can be mounted on the machine depending on the different packaging needs. Pneumatic crimping machine AP01 / Parfume closingmachine
Pneumatically operated semi automatic crimping machine AP01 is suitable for both glass bottle and aluminum 1” aerosol can crimping. This machine is recommended for medium scale production numbers. AP01 is the only pneumatic machine, within our range, that allows the crimping of aluminum aerosol cans by a simple lever movement. When crimping aerosol cans, please note that AP01 crimp valves internally and only prior to the gas filling operation.

The special features of this machine are the large aluminum base and a set of “catch hands” which hold the bottle in position while crimping. This feature is particularly indicated for tall and narrow bottles, as the catch hands act like a pre crimping operation.

Semi automatic tube sealing system, type Gandus TB3 suitable for closing and coding PE and laminated tubes. This easy to operate machine closes the tubes and put a coding into the seal in 1 operation. The device is equipped with a digital temperature controller with adjustable temperature setting. Depending on the thickness and the material composition, the heating time and the cooling time are set. This data can be stored per type of tube in a memory so that you only have to put in the settings once. The height-adjustable table is equipped with a scale for the tube height from 100 to 220 mm. and a stop for the tubeholder. Operation: After the tubeholder is placed against the stop, the tubes are pushed upwards into a V-shape true the lever on the side. After this the lever on the front gives a start pulse and closes the seal bar. The seal timer expires the set time and then the set cooling time expires. During the sealing the readout shows the actual sealing temperature. After expiry of the set time, the seal bar opens automaticly and the tubeholder can be removed. During the sealing time, a new tube holder is filled and the actions mentioned can be repeated again. For the tubes with a diameter of 50 mm. 4 can be placed simultaneously in a tubeholder and 40 mm. or all smaller sizes diameters 6 pieces are placed in a tubeholder.

Vertical volumetric filler A range of pneumatic vertical dosing machines to bottle liquids in cans, plastic bottles, or other containers Our volumetric dosing machines allow manufacturers to dose liquid or semi-dense liquids - may they be alimentary, cosmetical and/or chemical products. These machines are, for example, the perfect equipment to package oil into tin cans. However, also other alimentary or chemical liquids can be filled into diverse types of packaging. The materials and gaskets of the machine are suitable for the processing of alimentary or chemical products. The structure on wheels makes the machine easy to move around and can thus be easily adapted to any of your needs. The liquid to be bottled can be withdrawn from a storage tank or container based lower than the machine, which works pneumatically on compressed air. Once the requested quantity of product to be dosed is selected, the machine directly aspires the liquid from the storage tank and stops automatically without wasting a single drop of product. Vertical volumetric filler A range of pneumatic vertical dosing machines to bottle liquids in cans, plastic bottles, or other containers Our volumetric dosing machines allow manufacturers to dose liquid or semi-dense liquids - may they be alimentary, cosmetical and/or chemical products. These machines are, for example, the perfect equipment to package oil into tin cans. However, also other alimentary or chemical liquids can be filled into diverse types of packaging. The materials and gaskets of the machine are suitable for the processing of alimentary or chemical products. The structure on wheels makes the machine easy to move around and can thus be easily adapted to any of your needs. The liquid to be bottled can be withdrawn from a storage tank or container based lower than the machine, which works pneumatically on compressed air. Once the requested quantity of product to be dosed is selected, the machine directly aspires the liquid from the storage tank and stops automatically without wasting a single drop of product. Semi- automatic cap closing machine
Underneath the closing head you can place a bottle / jar of which the cap / lid is not yet tightened. The grip mat prevents that the bottles are turning. The sensor sees the product is present and the closing head is lowered. As soon as the closing head has resistance from the cap / lid starts turning it. When the cap / lid is closed, the closing head will go off up and wait for a fresh start. The machine can also be converted with a simple conversion use as caps - pusher. Different attachments available. - Closing heads made of soft material. - Hard wear resistant metal closing heads specially tailored for your cap.
