Access & Stand Personnel
Below you will find all the important information regarding access to the event during setup, dismantling, and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access regulations.
Stand Personnel
Register your stand personnel in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage Stand → Stand Personnel → Manage Personnel). During setup, you can collect the badges at the exhibitor reception using the barcode.
Catering Vouchers
All exhibitors will receive 2 catering vouchers per exhibition day, which grant access to the exhibitor restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered through the webshop. The catering vouchers, along with any additional ones ordered, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the final setup day and the first exhibition day.
Exhibitor Restaurant Opening Hours:
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per exhibition day, which allow free exit. Need extra parking tickets? Order them in advance through the webshop or on-site at the parking machine. The parking tickets, along with any additional tickets ordered, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the final setup day and the first exhibition day.
Accessibility
By car
Knooppunt Gorinchem (A27/A15) towards Nijmegen (A15). Take the Gorinchem-Oost exit (exit 28). At the traffic lights, turn left and follow the dynamic road signage.

Public transport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport.* From Gorinchem station, take line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, De Griendweg, and it’s just an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
