Access & Stand Personnel
Below you will find all important information regarding access to the event during setup, dismantling, and the exhibition days themselves. Ensure that you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand Personnel
Register your stand personnel in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage Stand → Stand Personnel → Manage Personnel). During setup, you can collect the badges at the exhibitor reception using the barcode.
Catering Vouchers
Lunch vouchers for the exhibitors’ restaurant at Brabanthallen Den Bosch can be purchased in advance via the webshop.

Lunch: 11:30 PM – 2:00 PM
Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per exhibition day, which allow free exit. Need extra parking tickets? Order them in advance through the webshop or on-site at the parking machine. The parking tickets, along with any additional tickets ordered, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the final setup day and the first exhibition day.
Accessibility
By car
Via the A2, A59 and A65 motorways. Have you taken exit 46? From here, signs will guide you to Brabanthallen Den Bosch.
PARKING
There are plenty of parking spaces around Brabanthallen Den Bosch, where you can park your vehicle for the daily parking rate. Arriving by bicycle? You’ll also find a free bicycle parking facility in the car park.
Public transport
Brabanthallen is approximately a 10-minute walk from ’s-Hertogenbosch Central Station. Prefer to cycle? You can rent an OV-fiets at the station.
