Corner stand

A corner stand is open on two sides facing the aisles, providing visitors access to the stand. The other two sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalized with prints and upgrades.

Inline stand

An inline stand has one side facing the aisle, which is open. The other three sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalized with prints and upgrades.

End stand (peninsula)

An end stand (peninsula) has three sides facing the aisles, providing visibility from three directions. The back wall is fitted with a wall (all-in stand) and can be personalized with prints and upgrades.

Island stand

An island stand is open on all four sides, giving it a very open character. There are various ways to personalize an island stand, such as with custom objects above the stand.

Technical Facilities

Electronics

Electrical connections can be requested through the webshop. The use of a personal generator is not allowed.

For machines with a frequency converter, an electrical connection for machines must be requested via the webshop. Electrical connections are switched off after the exhibition closes. If machines require electricity 24 hours a day, please request overnight power through the webshop.

Water

Water supply and/or drainage can be requested through the webshop. Using water from fire hydrants is not allowed. Standing water in the stand is only permitted if you comply with legionella prevention regulations.

  • Water temperature must be kept below 25°C or above 50°C. Measure the temperature every two hours and maintain a log.
  • Water pipes and equipment that spray water must be flushed regularly, especially after prolonged periods of non-use.
  • Disinfect water installations with chlorine or other biocides.
  • Document and record all activities and measures taken for legionella prevention.

Compressed Air

Compressed air can be requested via the webshop. You must connect the machines yourself. The hoses will be laid during setup.

Compressed air is available:
From 1:00 PM on the last setup day until 1 hour after the exhibition closes on the final day.

Internet / Wi-Fi

We offer both wired internet and Wi-Fi via the webshop. See the webshop for the available options.

Setting up your own wireless network is not allowed.

If you rely on a stable internet connection, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection instead of using Wi-Fi.
