Any early setup is subject to availability and can only be arranged upon request. Please contact Event Services in advance to discuss the possibilities. If you are placing large equipment on your stand, refer to the logistics section.

On the first day of the event, no further setup work can take place. That morning, only small materials may be placed on the stand via the main entrance (using trolleys). All loading doors remain closed. Activities that could dirty the stand or exhibition, such as painting or sawing, are no longer permitted on this day.

Material Delivery

Delivery of materials for your stand is only possible during the specified setup and event days. Delivery in advance is not allowed. We do not sign for receipt, so ensure someone is present to acknowledge delivery.

Large and Heavy Equipment on the Stand

All vehicles involved in move-in and move-out must report to Valverde at Parking Area P1. After registration, traffic marshals will direct you to the appropriate loading and unloading area.

Please note that you will not be granted access to the loading and unloading area without a completed form.

You have a maximum of 45 minutes to load or unload in the designated area. After this time, you must move your vehicle to the designated parking area. It is in everyone’s interest to keep the loading and unloading area clear and not use it for parking.

During move-in and move-out, you can park free of charge in the adjacent parking area.

During move-out, the loading and unloading area is accessible until 8:00 PM only to passenger cars, vans and box trucks up to a maximum length of 6 metres. After 8:00 PM, trucks will be permitted access, subject to availability of space.

We kindly ask you to follow the instructions of the traffic marshals at all times.

Only Valverde forklifts and electric pallet trucks are permitted in the exhibition hall.

Storage

Storage can be arranged through Valverde.

Exhibitor Access

  • During all event days, the loading doors remain closed.
  • No access passes are required during setup.
  • Stand personnel must be registered in advance to gain access during the event.
  • Minimum age during setup is 16 years.
  • Pets, except for assistance dogs, are not allowed.

Parking

The parking lot at Brabanthallen Den Bosch is available during setup, dismantling, and the event. Parking during setup is free. Green vehicles are allowed, while blue vehicles are not permitted. Camping is strictly prohibited at all times in our parking area.

The Exhibitor Desk is located in Hall 7 during setup. If you have questions or comments about your stand or orders, you can address them at the Exhibitor Desk.

On-site Additional Orders

If you wish to place an additional order, this can be done at the Exhibitor Desk. Please note that not all webshop items can be ordered on-site, and delivery of all previously ordered webshop items always takes priority.

Collecting Exhibitor Badges and Vouchers

Avoid long queues by registering your stand personnel in advance via My Easyfairs and collecting your exhibitor badges, catering vouchers, and parking tickets at the exhibitor reception. Badge and voucher collection times are:

During the event days, badges can be collected at the regular registration desks.
