Vision Inspection System Leaksecure

LeakSecure is an advanced vision inspection system for fully non-destructive in-line leak detection in CO₂-based MAP packaging. Designed for semi-rigid trays, it reliably detects leaks directly from the tray before defective products leave the production line.

At Empack, LeakSecure is showcased in combination with LabelSecure, delivering comprehensive packaging and label inspection in real time. This configuration enables 100% inline verification of label presence, position, legibility and code accuracy, combined with immediate CO₂ leak detection to identify defective seal seams or micro-leaks. Non-conforming packages are automatically rejected with clear cause identification, enabling rapid process optimization.

LeakSecure can also be integrated with SealSecure basic for combined leak detection and visual seal inspection, offering modular flexibility depending on production requirements.
