Vertical Flowpackers: filling and packaging in one process

Vertical flow packers are an efficient and space-saving packaging solution for loose and dosable products. With this packaging method, the product is filled into the package from above and sealed immediately, making these machines particularly suitable for applications such as vegetables, lettuce, snacks, and other bulk products. Thanks to a compact and modular design, they can be easily integrated into various production environments.

The machines are suitable for a wide range of packaging materials, including plastics, paper, laminate, barrier films, mono-materials, and sustainable films. Both hot and cold sealing are possible. Depending on the product and film, high production speeds are achievable while maintaining product quality and packaging consistency.

Modern vertical flow packers are equipped as standard with servo drives, user-friendly touchscreen controls, and extensive recipes, ensuring quick and easy changeover. Optionally, they can be expanded with features such as dosing systems, MAP/gas injection, OEE monitoring, remote support, and the integration of labeling or coding systems.
