Mat top & table top systems

Mat top and table top systems are conveyors that are used to optimize your product flow in various ways. They are used as a connection between machines, as a buffer, or to bridge larger distances. Thanks to the modular construction of our conveyors, your process optimization can be realized quickly and easily. The mats and chain systems can be delivered as parts for easy adjustments or for expansion of your current system. Thanks to our own engineering, we can also work out the solution of your application and fully realize it from drawing to installation in your company.

Plastic chains are available with an open structure to make curves or with a closed structure for straight applications. They are also suitable for straight applications. Stainless steel chain links, carriers as well as small links (belt transitions) are available from stock. In addition, the low friction of the flat chain is highly suitable for buffering and/or pushing products sideways. Modular chain links allow for conveyor systems of 20 to 4000mm in width and 500 to 1,000,000mm in length (with only one drive).
