Innovative solution for short runs

Traditionally, doypacks are produced by printing a roll of multi-layer material, after which the bags are designed and formed on a specialized machine. This process is often carried out using flexo or gravure printing, using printing plates. This process is only cost-effective for quantities of 1,000 bags or more.

At Tasco, we offer an innovative solution: the Imprint Pouch Solution, which allows you to directly print and personalize your blank pouches, ideal for short runs and flexible production.

How does it work?
The OKI PRO9542 is at the heart of the Imprint Pouch Solution. This compact digital press is perfectly suited for printing on a wide range of materials thanks to dry toner technology (also known as laser printing technology). It allows for effortless printing on materials such as paper, polypropylene (PP), and polyethylene (PET and PE).

In addition, the printer features an additional highlight color: white, which allows printing not only on white, but also on transparent, colored, metallic, black, and kraft materials. Thanks to the straight feed, even thicker materials can be printed without any problems.
