Papertec 95/5 – Highly flexible packaging, either in kraft paper or in film on one packaging machine
Thanks to our new packaging concept, we can present a machine generation that enables sustainable packaging of your products – optionally in paper or film.

A newly developed sealing option at the packaging edges has made this innovation possible: here, a flat paper web (or a film) is first guided from a roll over special deflectors and formed into a half tube.

In a further step, the Papertec 95/5 seals the half tube, which is filled with the packaging product in the running direction, on three sides in a stable, tight and attractive manner. When processing sealable 95/5 paper, the sealed paper is then separated with a cold knife.

The paper is recyclable and withstands mechanical as well as technical demands; the use of recycling film is also possible.

The Papertec 95/5 can be easily adapted to different product ranges, and the product length can also be varied and freely selected during production.

To increase the recognition value of your shipments, the paper or film used can be printed in advance with your logo or other advertising content, for example. And to finally equip your system perfectly for shipping, you can also equip the Papertec 95/5 with scanners and address labelling
