The Eagle Filling Line for Eurosweet: smart, hygienic and fully automated filling of IBCs

The process starts simply. The operator selects the desired recipe on the control screen and places an empty IBC on the infeed conveyor. From that moment on, the Eagle Filling Line at Eurosweet takes over the entire process, fully automatically.

The IBC is driven in under control and positioned precisely. Thanks to an advanced vision system, the machine recognizes the container's cap, which is then effortlessly unscrewed. The filling lance then lowers into the barrel and the filling process begins.

Filling is done gravimetrically, ensuring maximum accuracy. Using fine-coarse-fine dosing, the product is filled to the precise weight. During filling, the lance moves with the rising liquid level, preventing splashing and contributing to a clean and controlled process.

Once the barrel is completely filled, the machine automatically tightens the same cap again with the correct torque. The filled IBC then leaves the system via the outfeed conveyor and high-speed doors, while the next barrel is already being fed in. This creates a smooth, continuous, and efficient production process at Eurosweet.
