Ensuring food safety
Foods are often in tray, seal or thermoformed packaging to maintain freshness, extend shelf life and enable safe transport. The packaging is properly sealed to guarantee food safety. However, production errors can never be completely ruled out, but they can be fully checked. Especially with the combined leak detection and label inspection machine from FT System. This signals minute holes in the foil or poor sealing of seal seams. This is done with special infrared technology and gas sensors. Is something wrong? Then the product package will be ejected or marked as defective.

FT System's vision system scans different data on labels at once. For example, the advanced camera technology checks all labels for presence, completeness, position and color. Everything to remove products with incorrect information or missing labels. All types and variations of labels can be inspected. Even partially or completely transparent labels are checked flawlessly. Special text recognition software scans all label information for errors. The system also analyzes whether the packaged product has the correct label.
