Carton closing machine CM30

Our new lid-sealing machine, the CM30, has been specially developed for gluing
top-load boxes and can process up to 35 boxes per minute.
The CM30 is a flexible and compact machine. Its footprint is less than 1.5 m²,
making it the most compact machine of its kind.

The CM30 is often part of a line consisting of a box erecting machine and a
lid sealing machine. After the erected box is filled, it is fed into the lid sealing machine,
where the lid is closed and glued on three sides with hot melt.

The lid is folded shut and then fed into the sealing tower. Here, adhesive is applied to
the three sides of the box, and the flaps are folded shut.
The closed box then exits the machine.
