Service Manager Branch Noord

No two days are the same, and that's precisely what makes this position so challenging. In this versatile and responsible role, you'll act as the Branch Manager's right-hand man. You'll advise within established frameworks and closely monitor compliance with internal processes and procedures, both within our own organization and with clients. Quality assurance is a continuous process for you: you'll conduct inspections and actively work on improvements within the Branch.

You'll be a key sparring partner and policy advocate for the Branch Manager, with a specific focus on ISO standards, working conditions, safety, the environment, and health. You'll also play a central role in the national development of our Service Managers and independently supervise projects aimed at further professionalizing our Pest Control activities.

You'll also make a valuable contribution to HR. You'll support management in the recruitment and selection of new Service Technicians and Planners and be involved in employee evaluations according to the applicable performance and appraisal system. In the event of absenteeism due to illness, you'll support employees in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. As the point of contact for (government) agencies related to Pest Control, you will maintain external contacts and represent the organization professionally. Internally, you will ensure proper preparation and guidance for meetings with your direct and indirect team members, and you will foster close collaboration between regional managers.

You will monitor key KPIs and make adjustments where necessary to achieve our objectives. In doing so, you will never lose sight of the importance of quality, cost control, and health and safety – for both our employees and our customers. You will actively contribute to process optimization and make concrete proposals to the management team to improve operational procedures.
