Procurement & Order Processing Employee (32‑40 hrs)

Are you proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly? De Koningh Coding & Labeling in Duiven is looking for a Procurement & Order Processing Employee to strengthen our back office.

We are the market leader in coding, labeling, and inspection systems, serving major clients in the food, horticulture, chemical, and logistics sectors.

In this role, you are the hub of our operations: you ensure that Service Engineers always leave with well-stocked vans, that quotes are processed accurately, and that customer orders are handled quickly and efficiently. You constantly coordinate between purchasing, sales, service, and clients, keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a customer-focused self-starter who can maintain oversight even in a busy, technical environment. Product and process knowledge will be learned on the job. You live within 30 km of Duiven, enjoy working on-site (remote work is not possible), have MBO-level education and 5–10 years of administrative experience. You are available 32–40 hours per week (Fridays included) and have excellent Dutch and English skills.
