
Manager Technical Operations

Your role: As Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Technical Operations department (20 FTE) in a coaching manner. You will not only bring people together, but also knowledge and structure, enabling our team to grow and flourish. Maintaining and expanding professional knowledge is a specific focus. Together with the managers of the Packaging, Projects, and Finance departments, you will form the management team, led by the General Manager. Our expectations: You will be deeply involved with the team and its individual employees. You will immerse yourself in our customers, suppliers, and market developments to provide optimal technical service to our clients. You will play a leading role in advising on and implementing market developments in the technical field. You will set clear guidelines, think in terms of solutions, and be proactive in decision-making. You will be alert to commercial opportunities and possibilities to expand our services, both with existing and potential clients. You are a natural people manager who can build, coach, and develop a team. You recognize the strengths of individuals, encourage their growth, and empower them to take ownership. You communicate transparently and are sincere in your interactions with others. A Bachelor's degree (HBO+) is required, preferably a completed technical degree.
