ICT Manager

As ICT Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the tactical ICT policy within our organization. You will make decisions regarding ICT, automation, and system management within the framework of established policies. You will ensure that our information systems, telecommunications, and computers function optimally and play a key role in the further digitalization of our organization.

Given the size of our company, you combine strategic insight with operational effectiveness. You are not afraid to take on technical issues yourself and know how to coach and guide your team in this process.

Your responsibilities

Policy and advice

Developing and advising on tactical ICT policy and innovation.
Initiating and supervising ICT projects.
Advising on automation aspects of construction and renovation projects.
Ensuring coherence between internal and external ICT systems.

System management

Managing the technological infrastructure and ICT service desk.
Guaranteeing the continuity, quality, and security of information provision.
Monitoring compliance with GDPR and security guidelines.
Manage system documentation and user procedures.

Management

Manage the IT team (3 people) and conduct development reviews.
Encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsible for planning, budget management, and reporting.
Promote effective collaboration with other departments.
What do you bring to the table?

Higher professional education (HBO/WO) work and thinking level.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar IT management position.
Experience with leadership and delegating responsibilities.
Knowledge of modern human resources management and coaching leadership.
Excellent command of Dutch and English.
