What will you do as an Account Manager at Anticimex for the Dordrecht, Utrecht, and Gorinchem region?

Our ideal Account Manager is from the Utrecht region, connects with customers, and understands their needs and desires like no other. You proactively engage with customers and offer customized products.

With your commercial drive, you'll also excel at expanding our new business, aiming to sell Anticimex's services and concepts.

You'll work closely with the Branch Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and fellow Account Managers, and regularly coordinate with the SMART Specialist and Customer Service. This sales role appeals to you:

Preparing and following up on cost estimates and quotes with healthy, profitable margins;

Drafting and annually updating (P)RI and the associated action plan;

Conducting inspections;

Monitoring payment discipline for (large) accounts and leveraging relationships where necessary;

Generating revenue-boosting activities such as cross-selling and SMART;

Conducting analyses and preparing reports;

Collaborating with colleagues.

What do you bring to the table as an Account Manager?

HBO work and thinking level;

Experience in a commercial role, preferably as an Account Manager; if this was in a service-oriented and/or facilities environment, this is definitely a plus;

You possess commercial, customer-focused, and results-oriented skills with an inquisitive mind;

Good command of Dutch, English, and Office.

Knowledge of Sugar CRM and Navision is a plus;

Training as a Pest Control Technician and obtaining a VCA-vol certificate or the willingness to obtain one;

Possession of a category B driving license.
