Field technical engineer
As a Technical Service Engineer at Codipack, you are the hero who installs, maintains and repairs our advanced equipment at customers' locations. You act as the bridge between technology and customer happiness by providing fast and smart solutions to technical challenges, both virtual and in-person.
Customers rely on your expertise, whether it concerns problem solving over the telephone, sending reassuring emails or tackling complex issues hands-on on site. You are not only a technician, but also a teacher. You train customers so that they can work with our products with confidence and get the best out of them. You are a link in our team, working closely with colleagues from different departments to provide the best service and continuously improve our products.
