ARC (Automatic Router Bit Changer)

The automatic router bit changer makes milling, polishing, and engraving more cost-effective than ever before. The required router bits are automatically moved, clamped, initialized, and cleaned after use. The time required for replacing milling tools is thus significantly reduced. While the cutter is working fully automatically and with maximum efficiency, quality control is ensured at the same time: The permanently installed ITI initialization system controls the zero point after each tool fitting, thereby ensuring a constantly precise milling depth.

BHS - Board Handling System

High volume, stringent quality requirements, unsurpassed flexibility... the Board Handling System lets you produce around the clock with minimal manpower! Fully automated board loading and unloading provides the ultimate in workflow efficiency. Personnel requirements are limited to bringing in/removing pallets of stacked sheets or boards. The Zünd cutter and Board Handling System are designed for 24/7, non-stop operation. We will show a part of the BHS during the Empack Utrecht. D3 Series

The D3 sets new performance standards with its innovative double beam system. The two beams can each be equipped with up to three different modules and enable the doubling of the material throughput in one fell swoop. The intelligent cutter controller allocates the jobs optimally between the two beams and thus ensures the highest possible productivity. Right in line with the modular design concept, the D3 can be adapted to new requirements at any time. With this unique modularity, the D3 offers the highest degree of value retention and investment security. Define your production requirements and put together a tailor-made cutter configuration from the Zünd kit concept. Upgrades and expansions are always possible.

BHS150 - Board Handling System

The unique combination of fully automated material handling and powerful digital cutting capabilities is key to producing at an industrial level. The Zünd BHS150 extends operating time while decreasing operating costs. The stack height of 1.5 m allows much longer uninterrupted operating time: long runs are finished efficiently and economically while finished stacks can be removed without interrupting the production process. The BHS150 is designed for operation with the Zünd G3 and D3 cutter series. D3 dual-beam technology provides a significant increase in performance and thus offers maximum productivity. The off-load conveyor and stacking system deposits cut boards in a perfect stack on the pallet. Depending on the job, this stacking process eliminates the need for bridges to hold cut pieces in place. This facilitates separating cut parts from scrap, saving both time and money.
