Spider Palletising
The Spider is a smart palletizing system. The Spider robot is a compact, modular, and flexible solution for palletizing. Thanks to the fully integrated technology in the top frame, a clear and space-saving installation is created without components outside the enclosure. The Spider is highly standardized and constructed from serially produced sub-assemblies. This results in reliable technology, short lead times, and high service reliability, with a parts inventory for at least 50 systems. Thanks to its modular design, the Spider is easily scalable in length and capacity. The Spider can serve one or more pallet positions or production lines and can be equipped with multiple manipulators that function redundantly. Expansion is also possible retrospectively within existing installations. Patents The Spider can be equipped with two patents: direct stretch wrapping in the machine for stable loads and time savings, and a tunnel construction that maintains full access to production lines. A flexible palletizing solution for every production environment, from pallets on the floor to a complete turnkey palletizing system.
Pecker Pick & Place
From the production line, the product is transferred by the supply conveyor of the Pecker. In the Pecker, the products are formed according to the entered insertion pattern and aligned per layer at the pick-up position. At the same time, two empty and unfolded crates/boxes are aligned at the packing position, optionally and if necessary the box flaps can be kept open by a flap spreader. The products are then stacked in the crates/boxes by the Pecker, this is repeated until the crates/boxes are full. The full crates/boxes are transported on the crates/boxes transport system.
