Spider Palletising
The Spider is a smart palletizing system. Fully engineered system with 20 years of evolution. The Spider is 90% standard. The Spider is supplied from 2 meters to 20 meters long, to palletise 15 lines with 1 Spider and possibly with several heads/shuttles. The Spider is modular, easy to operate, easy to maintain, quick to install and has an excellent price/quality ratio. - Easy to operate Spider Palletisser robot - Modular - Equipped with the latest safety standards The palletizing of the American folding boxes and display boxes on the pallet is done by the flexible portal robot “Spider”. The boxes are oriented and positioned at the input of the conveyor, so that the pick-up position has a fixed reference point. The pallet is also detected and aligned to a fixed reference point. As soon as a box formation is ready, the Spider picks up the boxes and stacks them on the pallet according to the entered pattern, this is repeated until the pallet is fully stacked. For certain pallet patterns or types of boxes, an slip sheet is required. For this purpose, an slip sheet magazine is provided in the Spider, which must be confirmed by the operator. As soon as a slip sheet is required, the Spider takes it from the magazine and places it on the pallet stack. The slip sheet magazine is equipped with an empty signal, so that the Spider does not unnecessarily perform an action and/or completes the stack without slip sheets. Spiders are delivered worldwide. Approx 1000 in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. But also in the UK, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland and Brazil. The Spiders are widely applicable in the market, such as food, pharmaceuticals, paper, corrugated cardboard, oil, chemicals, plastics and paint. Patents have been granted on: 1. Gantry robot with integral stretch wrapper and integral pallet doubler. 2. Tunnel robot
Pecker Pick & Place
From the production line, the product is transferred by the supply conveyor of the Pecker. In the Pecker, the products are formed according to the entered insertion pattern and aligned per layer at the pick-up position. At the same time, two empty and unfolded crates/boxes are aligned at the packing position, optionally and if necessary the box flaps can be kept open by a flap spreader. The products are then stacked in the crates/boxes by the Pecker, this is repeated until the crates/boxes are full. The full crates/boxes are transported on the crates/boxes transport system.
