Tramper Technology pushes the boundaries of technology, efficiency and reliability. The solid foundation for this was laid in 1986 by Peter Tramper. In the past years, we have developed into an international expert in the field of stand-alone and complete packaging solutions for the food industry. We are a real family business with more than thirty years of experience, a strong focus on innovation and have a team of more than fifty employees and partners in various parts of the world. This enables us to delivery robust and reliable machines and packaging lines to customers on every continent.

Tramper Traysealer, type S-360
The Tramper S-360 is a medium format, fully automatic tray sealing machine for packaging your products in a professional manner. Its appealing price, high capacity and the simple construction make the S-360 a real forerunner among 1-track tray seal options. The sealing machine is equipped with a servo-controlled drive, allowing both solid and fluid products to be packaged. The S-360 has a compact and robust construction and combines these properties with a high sealing quality. For rapid conversion, the sealing machine is fitted with lightweight mould that can be manually changed. For fully automated processing, the S-360 is equipped with a servo-controlled tray denester, type Tramper D-360. Tramper Traysealer, type S-340
The Tramper S-340 is a small, fully automatic tray sealing machine which you can use to package your products professionally and cost-effectively. The sealing machine is equipped with a servo-controlled drive, allowing both solid and fluid products to be packaged. The S-340 has a compact and robust construction and combines these properties with a high sealing quality. For rapid conversion, the sealing machine is fitted with lightweight moulds that can be manually changed. Tramper tray denester, type D-3100
The Tramper D-3100 is a compact and very reliable denester that separates trays, pots, containers and lids at high speeds. The Tramper’s servo-driven denesting technique guarantees an effective and highly efficient operation. The D-3100 can easily denest packages that have no nesting lugs or packages that are slightly hinged together. This denester features a servo-controlled drive of the separation and rotation movements of the packages. The servo-controlled drive guarantees maximum flexibility during denesting and also reduces the change-over time between the denesting of different packaging sizes. The format parts are equipped as an exchangeable cassette system. This allows for an easy and reliable change-over of various types of packages, without the need for tooling. Every product format (length x width) has its own cassette. The denester can be mounted directly over any packaging line. The denester is also available as a mobile standalone unit with its own caster frame. Tramper Tray sealer, type S-580
The Tramper S-580 model is our second biggest servo-controlled tray sealing machine. This tray sealing machine is particularly suitable for tray sealing of relatively large packages that are subject to high capacity requirements. In view of the large seal area of this tray sealing machine, it is usually equipped for multiple line applications. Technical specifications: Seal range 800 x 500 x 130 mm Capacity up to 14 cycles per minute Dimensions sealing station 3600 x 1100 x 2300 mm (lxwxh, without input conveyor) Features of the tray sealing machine are: Suitable for the tray sealing of products in liquid and solid form; Prepared for Modified Atmosphere Packaging; Suitable for single line and multiple line packaging; Possibility for further automation with tray denester, filling station and lidding machine; Suitable for the complete build-in of labelling machine and printing system; Expandable with an extra film dewinder for rapid film changing.
Tramper trayontnester, type D-360
The Tramper D-360 is a compact and very reliable denester that will denest trays, pots, buckets and lids at high speed. The Tramper denester gaurantees an effective and highly efficient operation due of the servo-controlled denesting technique. The servo drive makes the denester multi-functional. Products without a nesting lug or products that are hinged together can easily be denested with the D-360. The servo drive reduces the retooling time for different product sizes. Using a cassette system allows for rapid and reliable size schange-over. Every product format (lengt x width) has its own cassette. The cassettes are interchangeable by means of quick release handles. The denester van be mounted directlyover any packaging line. If desired, the denester can also be supplied as a standalone unit with its own product conveyor and with or without castors. Tramper filling and dividing system, type F-360
The Tramper F-360 is an innovative fully automatic filling and distribution system which fills your trays, pots and buckets equally and precise. The filling station is equipped with servo-controlled drive. This makes the filling and distribution of solid products possible. The F-360 has a robust construction and an excellent accessibility. A multi head weighs the product carefully and unloads it into the funnels. These features ensure a very hygienic situation and makes the machines very flexible. The changeable parts of the machine can be changed by hand very easily. Because of the use of these funnels it is possible to use different types of trays and products. Not only as a stand alone execution as well as in combination with one of our tray sealers, this machine guarantees a continuous and reliable filling and distribution of the packaging process.
