Meet the STF (Smart Track Feeder): a groundbreaking, patented innovation developed entirely in-house by TG-Group. GHD Hartman EC 101 KS
As a proud partner of GHD Hartmann, we will be showcasing this advanced clipping solution at Empack Gorinchem. Our team will be present on the stand to provide in-depth explanations and demonstrate how this reliable clipper can perfectly fit a wide range of bakery applications. This closing device is specifically designed for seamless integration with both vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines. Its continuous operation ensures perfect synchronisation with the upstream packaging system, either mechanically (via chain or cardan shaft) or electronically. Depending on the required setup, bags are discharged at an inclination of 20°, 30°, 45° or 60° via a transverse conveyor belt. An integrated vacuum system removes excess air prior to sealing, ensuring tightly packed and high-quality finished products. The bags are then securely closed and smoothly discharged from the system.

Due to a wide range of customization, Panda flow pack proves suitable for packaging all types of solid products, foods and non-foods, up to a speed of 300 packages per minute. The use of high quality mechanical and electronic materials ensures a constant production efficiency over time and an excellent finished package results. Panda flow pack is designed to be integrated with a series of stores and automatic feeders systems. Available in the “Bottom Seal” model, ideal for packaging with longitudinal sealing on the bottom part of the package, it is suitable for "easy to transport" products. The MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) model is recommended when is required packaging in a modified atmosphere. Elimination or drastic reduction of oxygen present in food packages considerably extends products shelf life.
