Blank labels are produced entirely to order in our warehouse, tailored to our customers' specific requirements. Using professional die-cutting machines and precision-crafted dies, we can realize virtually any shape – from standard sizes to unique, complex contours. Packaging printers

Imprint Pouch Printer
Innovative solution for short runs Traditionally, doypacks are produced by printing a roll of multi-layer material, after which the bags are designed and formed on a specialized machine. This process is often carried out using flexo or gravure printing, using printing plates. This process is only cost-effective for quantities of 1,000 bags or more. At Tasco, we offer an innovative solution: the Imprint Pouch Solution, which allows you to directly print and personalize your blank pouches, ideal for short runs and flexible production. How does it work? The OKI PRO9542 is at the heart of the Imprint Pouch Solution. This compact digital press is perfectly suited for printing on a wide range of materials thanks to dry toner technology (also known as laser printing technology). It allows for effortless printing on materials such as paper, polypropylene (PP), and polyethylene (PET and PE). In addition, the printer features an additional highlight color: white, which allows printing not only on white, but also on transparent, colored, metallic, black, and kraft materials. Thanks to the straight feed, even thicker materials can be printed without any problems. These features make the OKI PRO9542 the ideal machine for printing and personalizing stand-up pouches, block-bottom bags, and more. Did you know that a single operator can operate up to four printers simultaneously for even greater productivity?
Cutting machines
Cutting machines that finish your labels perfectly to size. After printing on a continuous roll, our label finishing machines ensure accurate and efficient cutting, fully according to your shape and size. Our range extends from compact systems with two cutting heads for smaller productions to powerful cutters and plotters with up to 18 cutting heads for larger runs. This ensures you always choose the solution that perfectly matches your production needs. We distribute reliable top brands such as Valloy, DPR, and Anytron—known for their precision, speed, and flexibility.
Color labelprinters Toner
Dry toner laser color label printers are the most suitable models for achieving greater resistance on almost all types of materials. LED technology based on dry toner delivers strong, moisture-resistant prints. The advantages of laser printers over inkjet models lie in the fact that no ink can bleed at all, because this technology works with powder that is bonded to the material instead of ink. Additionally, the cost per page is significantly lower, depending on the application. The print speed is considerably higher because the page is processed directly as a whole, whereas an inkjet device prints a series of narrow strips close together. However, black-and-white laser printers still produce raster images and are, with the exception of top models, less effective at reproducing images with solid areas. Some of our toner-based printers are capable of printing in WHITE. This allows you to print on black substrates and thus produce dark labels. Transparent substrates are also no problem for toner printers.

PL400e Pouch labeler

Whether it’s standard pouches, doypacks, plastic bags, kraft bags, or resealable packaging, the PL400e ensures consistent and professional results on every pouch. Thanks to its robust metal construction and compact size, the PL400e fits perfectly in both small workspaces and larger production lines. The machine is easy to set up, even without technical experience, allowing you to start quickly and remain productive.
Thermal foil labelprinters
These thermal label printers can print the (variable) information on your label in a single color. You can choose between direct thermal printing, thermal transfer, or foil printing. With this form of printing, you apply a layer of gold, silver, red, green, black, or white foil to specific areas of the already printed material. Foil printing provides a luxurious look and accentuates certain parts of the label particularly well. A touch of gold or silver leaf on specific parts of your images gives your labels a very special finishing effect.

Neuralabel Callisto for large labels
The NeuraLabel Callisto color label printer is a high-speed, high-resolution printer for in-house, digital on-demand color label printing. Built on HP PageWide™ advanced printhead technology, the NeuraLabel Callisto is capable of print speeds up to 90 feet per minute. With print resolution up to 2400 x 1200 dpi, colors pop and graphics look sharp on your finished labels. Water-resistant pigment inks ensure a wide variety of approved label media, suitable to any application, including moisture and abrasion-resistant synthetic media. The Callisto prints labels in any width from 1.0 to 12.1 inches on fan-folded and roll-fed media for maximum flexibility and performance.

The Primera AP380e labeling machine is the perfect solution for applying labels to round products such as bottles, cans, jars, and tubes. Quick and easy to use All you need to do is adjust the guide, place the product in the machine, and press the foot switch. The label is then applied automatically. Thanks to the built-in pressure arm, the label is applied smoothly and without wrinkles.
