Bringing your production of labels and tags in-house can offer you many benefits. You print the number of labels you need when you need them. So you don't have to carry a large stock of labels. So you no longer have to throw away expensive labels when launching a new product or a change of packaging. It gives you the flexibility to react quickly to changes in your environment. Besides, you can use seasonal labels (e.g. for the Christmas period). This increases visibility and ultimately sales. After this period, you simply switch back to the original label.

Primera LX-3000
The Primera LX3000e features an all-new tanked-ink system and printhead and provides the lowest cost per print. The printer offers the same quality features as the LX910e with the addition of an user-replaceable printhead and large individual CMY ink tanks with either dye or pigment ink. It’s perfect for a range of industries including health and beauty, food and beverage, chemicals and more. The Big Ink system uses dye or pigment inks optimised for brightness, durability and optical density. The latter is particularly high for the process black, resulting in the blackest black ever released in a CMY printer. Duoblade SX
The Duoblade SX allows you to cut labels up to a size of 320x400mm. This allows you to cut wider and longer than most rotary and semi-rotary die-cutting units at an affordable price. Next to this, the Duoblade SX also plots faster than most blade-based plotters. The device allows plotting with 4 blades at the same time and can reach a speed of 9.8m per minute. The Duoblade Petit is our desktop digital roll to roll label cutter The unit can operate inline with the AstroJet L1 labelprinter and can therefore as well be used for inline label productions. Dual cutting heads are installed to maximize the production rate. Distance between heads is digitally adjustable for easier operation.
