Tallstretch stretchfilm
Wikkelfolie is een sterke en rekbare folie die wordt gebruikt om pallets en producten veilig te verpakken en te stabiliseren tijdens opslag en transport. Met onze hoogwaardige wikkelfolies zorg je ervoor dat ladingen stevig op hun plaats blijven, beschermd zijn tegen stof, vuil en vocht en minder kans hebben op transportschade. Horizontal stretch wrapper in modular system
Tallpack International has a new series of horizontal wrappers. This series has a number of unique features. One our new horizontal wrappers has been developed with two rings. As a result, the forces are better distributed, the wrapper is more stable and the lifespan is longer. In addition, this Tallwrapper wraps 40% faster than other horizontal wrappers. The second unique feature is the film feed. The accessibility of the machine makes the film change very easy. Thanks to the open and safe construction you can quickly check the production process visually. The Tallwrapper 600 S has been designed to be a part of a modular line. For growing businesses this is low Making it a low cost investment for growing businesses that want to be prepared for future expansion. Tallstretch BIO-Generation sustainable stretch film
Can we live without plastic? Let’s get straight to the point: it is unlikely that plastics/stretch film will ever be replaced by another, similar material. Stretch film is strong, easy & practical to use, inexpensive, offers maximum load security when used properly, optimal protection against weather influences/UV of the secondary packaging. So plastic is a keeper. Literally and figuratively. Reducing the plastic problem If we want to do something about the use of raw materials and environmental pollution by plastic – cleaning up outside – then there are roughly 3 options: 1. reduce the use of plastic 2. make biodegradable and/or biobased plastic 3. collect and recycle plastic A way to take our responsibility for the environment is to use Tallstretch-Generation film. Stretch Hood machines
Tallpack International supplies three types of stretch hood machines for a range of applications. The Power Flex T1, the Multi Flex X1 and the Multi Flex XL. All three have specific properties for extra capacity and flexible pallet formats. Bagging machine
Tallpack International has developed an FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) bagging machine for bagging powders. Weighing and dosage take place via a screw/weigh system in combination with a screw transporter that enters the bag vertically and starts filling from the bottom. The bottom of the bag is shaken by an adjustable shaker during the filling process, so the product is firmly compacted; this improves the bag's filling capacity. By puffing out the seal before welding, one is able to get a perfectly closed FFS bag. The machine is able to fill bags with up to 50 kg of product. Tallpack International is able to offer the whole process - weighing, filling, labeling, palletisation, wrapping or stretching hooding on pallets - in turnkey format. This means customers have a single point of contact when establishing and maintaining the whole line. A single supplier means everything is quickly available and that service can be planned effectively.
Tallstretch Stretch-Hood film
The main characteristic of the Tallstretch-Hood is its elasticity with very high restoring forces. These common components guarantee a maximum stability of your packaged goods and best possible transport protection. Thanks to a sophisticated raw material combination and the special layer structure this film guarantees greatest possible elasticity coupled with high extensibility and interruption-free machinery clearance.

Grip Fix® en Bag Fix®
"Stacked bags on pallets Pallet-based loads can be stabilised using Grip Fix® palletising glue. Grip Fix® anti-slip glue is water-based and free of chemical solvents. The glue is not only suitable for paper bags, polyethylene bags (PE) and polypropylene woven bags (PP), but also for boxes and trays." Grip Fix® is applied to boxes or bags in small amounts before the package is palletised. This is done via the Bag Fix® application system. The pallet will be stable after a short drying time and this stability will be retained once products have been stacked on the pallet. The secret: high shearing force, but very low tractive force. The pallet load does not slide, but can still be easily removed from the pallet. Grip Fix® does not leave residues. Bag Fix automatically applied via nozzle. Grip Fix® is automatically applied with the unique Bag Fix® system. With 120 types of glue for 12 different application systems, we are able to offer tailor-made solutions. Each kind of packaging material requires a unique approach. For example, the absorbent surface of a plastic bag requires a different approach than a plastic bag. Papierplakband dispenser
De Talltaper is een innovatieve electronische papierplakband automaat met een soft touch bedieningspaneel, dat waterbestendig is. De Talltaper heeft een elektronisch controle systeem bij het snijden van papierplakband en is met name geschikt voor hoog volume karton verzegelingen. Zo kunt u heel gemakkelijk, ook bij het inschakelen van de repeatfunctie, de vooraf ingestelde lengte afsnijden. De Talltaper vergt nauwelijks onderhoud en is betrouwbaar en gemakkelijk in gebruik. Bovendien is de Talltaper verkrijgbaar als optie met batterij, waardoor deze overal kanworden ingezet. De Talltaper papierplakband automaat is met name geschikt voor continu gebruik. Bovendien is de Talltaper bijzonder stil, gebruiksvriendelijk en betrouwbaar en is dankzij de gepolijste corrosie gevoelige delen roestvrij. Technische details: Tape breedte: 20-100 mm Tape lengte, verstelbaar: 100-1100 mm Rol diameter: max. 200 mm Aansluitwaarde: 230 V, 50 Hz, 1 Ph, 100 W Compleet met verwarmings element Afmetingen: 450 x 290 x 250 mm Gewicht: circa 12 kg De Talltaper is leverbaar met sensoren die automatisch de afmetingen van de doos detecteren en is eventueel uit te voeren met een voetpedaal. Betrouwbaar: De meest stille automaat op de markt. Duurzaam: Het is biologisch en volledig recyclebaar, gomband is gemaakt van papier (100% cellulose) en lijm (aardappel- of maïszetmeel). Temperaturen: Een kartonnen doos die gesloten is met gegomd papier blijft ook gesloten in geval van extreem koude en/of warme temperaturen en is daarom ideaal voor bijvoorbeeld bevroren voedsel. Veilig: Het is sabotage proof. De lijm op het gegomde papier doordringt volledig in het karton. Het gegomde papier kan niet worden verwijderd zonder beschadigingen aan de doos. Hierdoor kan bijvoorbeeld diefstal bewezen worden.
Higher load security for products on pallets
Load securing is an important consideration for manufacturers. Every day, accidents take place due to sliding or toppling loads, or worse still, due to overturned lorries. And this results in dangerous work situations, reputation damage and an increase in costs. What does this mean for you? Up to May 2018, loaders were obligated to secure loads in accordance with clause 22 of the STVO, to prevent them from sliding, falling off or toppling over, also during emergency stops or sudden evasive manoeuvres. However, emphasis has now changed under new EUMOS norm 40509, which aims to maximise load security in the most efficient manner. It shifts responsibility to loaders and packers for the way in which pallet-based loads are safely stacked and secured. Under the new legal norm, load suppliers are obligated to deliver stable loads and provide proof of stability if necessary. It also assigns a completely new status to tertiary packaging.
Test & Trainingscenter
Welcome to our test and training center. Besides pallet stability, issues like sustainability, reuse of packaging materials, recycling, and CO2 reduction are our daily concerns. At Tallpack, we strive for maximum pallet stability at the lowest possible cost with our stretch film. To achieve this, we use the official FEF (Film Edge Force) measurement module, which allows us to determine the best stretch film solution for every pallet wrapped with stretch film based on extensive data. Preventing (product) damage is our top priority. Increase the safety of everyone who produces, handles, or transports products on pallets and take the step towards a more sustainable packaging solution. The combination of our complete range of packaging machines for wrapping, stretch hooding, strapping, and further enhancing pallet stability through the use of anti-slip Grip Sheet interlayers.
