Sollas STP Tray erector
The Sollas STP Tray erector is a flexible machine with a small layout. Making trays with Hotmelt, click or autolock is a simple job for this affordable, full servo machine. On the stand you can see where a tray is glued. Optionally, this machine can be expanded with a modular Pick & Place robot to fill the trays.
Sollas SPP modular Pick & Place robot
The Sollas SPP Pick & Place robot is a great and affordable addition to the Tray erector. This modular unit makes it easy to fill the tray formed by the STP. The robot can place all kinds of products in the tray. Together with the tray erector, the SPP takes a lot of repetitive work off your hands and is therefore a valuable automation step. Affordable for many companies!
Sollas SBS 420 Stretch Banding machine
The Sollas Stretch Band machines have a strong reputation for quality, reliability and durability. This tradition continues with the new Sollas SBS420. The SBS420 is a unique Stretch Bander because this machine works with only one film reel. The position of this reel is ergonomic, the operator does not have to kneel down to change a roll. The machine has a very small footprint and, as you would expect from Sollas, a production beast. The new SBS420 is, due to its design and materials used, extremely suitable for bundling boxes of "frozen food". By using the optional stainless steel plating, stainless steel frame and a high-placed electrical cabinet, this machine is easy to clean. This makes the SBS420 extremely suitable as a bundle packer within the food processing industry. Sollas has a wide range of accessories for putting together a bundle. In a recent project, an infeed accessory was used to process a flow of 120 pizza boxes per minute in stacks of 6, after which the SBS420 provided them with a perfect stretch banderol. Stacking, tilting or a combination of these is possible with the new SBS420.

Sollas FSX high end overwrapping machine
The Sollas FSX is the world's first and only 100% servo-driven overwrapper. Developed in close cooperation with costumers, it can wrap up to 160 products per minute and has a fully automatic size change-over in less than 10 minutes. Thus, the FSX-series meets the demands for a highly efficient wrapping machine.
