Attractive human-machine interface: the ETT multi-touch series
With the ETT series, SIGMATEK launches operating panels that optimally combine multi-touch functionality in hard and software. The modern HMIs enable new, smart operating concepts that provide positive operating experience and conveys "zeitgeist". In the new SIGMATEK HMIs, projective capacitive touch technology (PCT) is used, by which the sensors are protected on the back of the robust, solid glass surface (IP65 protection). Multi-finger input, as well as the use of styluses and thin gloves are possible. For now, there are five ETT display sizes: 8.4 – 10.4 – 12.1 – 15 and 19-inch in classic 4:3 format.

Flexible pick- & place solution
The SIGMATEK Delta Robot is designed for precise Pick & Place applications in packaging, handling and assembly areas. It scores with precise, high-speed positioning movements. At a payload of up to 1000 g, it operates in a working range with a diameter of 1100 mm and a height of 400 mm. Compact Multi-Axis Servo System with High Power Density: The DIAS Drive 2000 Series
The new DIAS Drive generation MDD 2000 from SIGMATEK combines high performance and flexibility for the control of servo motors in a highly compact design. The modular multi-axis servo system is designed with one, two and three-axis modules in various sizes or power classes and already provides many Safety functions in the standard model. The flexible servo system can be operated as single or three-phase with 230-480 VAC. Besides one to three axes, a supply, power filter, brake resistor and DC-Link circuit are also onboard – and that within only 75x240x219 mm in size 1. The highest power density is therewith achieved. In size 1, the servo system achieves a performance of 4 kW (3x 5 A rated or 3x 15 A peak current) and in size 2, up to 8 kW (3x 10 A rated or 3x 30 A peak current). The overload factor is up to 300 percent. Very short controller cycle times of 62.5 µs give the DIAS Drives excellent servo performance. The combined supply and axis module MDP 2000, with up to three integrated axes, can be a stand-alone solution or installed in the network with any number of MDD 2000 axis modules of both sizes. This makes designing a customized drive concept simple. Thanks to clever connection mechanics, installation time is reduced. With DCB “DC Connection Block” and BCB “Bus Connection Block”, all modules can be quickly connected using stacking technology. This eliminates complex individual wiring for current, DC-Link coupling and real-time Ethernet communication with VARAN bus.

Stainless Steel AKMH Series
The AKMH stainless steel motor is designed to meet the standards for IP69K, EHEDG, and 3A and is built with FDA approved, food grade materials. The careful elimination of flat surfaces, cracks, and crevices prevents the build-up of foreign material and bacteria. The AKMH housing and cable can endure daily wash downs with high pressure, high temperature, and caustic chemicals. The robust design means that guards and covers are not required to protect the motor from harsh cleaning regimens. These AKMH features constitute quicker cleaning, keeping your machine running, and increasing the OEE of your manufacturing line.

Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) – single of multi-touch
With the new HGW 1033-32 wireless panel from SIGMATEK, operating comfort is key. In addition to WLAN data transmission, which provides a brand new level of operating freedom, the handheld operating panel is equipped with Safety elements, a high-resolution 10.1-inch multi-touch display, as well as three rotary encoders. Without cables, the operator can work close to the machine or robot and keep the process in completely view. The necessary safety is provided by the integrated Safety elements, confirmation switch, key switch and active illuminated emergency stop. The three rotary encoders on the front make set-up especially comfortable. The operator can keep an eye on the machine or robot and can for example, operate the axes via the rotary encoders almost blindly. In addition, multiple processing cells can be operated with only one panel. For this purpose, a secure 7-segment display for machine identification is integrated. Data transfer, whether function-oriented or Safety data, is processed via the BWH 01 base station following the Black Channel principle. The redundant data transfer on separate WLAN frequency bands (2.4 and 5 GHz) increase the availability of the wireless network.
