Visionary-T Mini
The compact Visionary-T Mini 3D snapshot cameras from SICK with their simple operation and excellent data quality provide the solution to virtually all industrial 3D machine vision requirements. Thanks to the advanced 3D time-of-flight technology, each pixel delivers extremely accurate depth and intensity data. The camera captures its surroundings extremely reliably even in strong light/dark contrast conditions and at long distances, and delivers precise data even for moving objects thanks to its very short image capture time. A clearly structured configuration tool makes it easy to parameterize the device and flexibly adapt the data to the specific application. This makes Visionary-T Mini an ideal, cost-efficient solution, e.g., for logistics, robotics or industrial vehicles.
FTMg: Flow sensor with energy measurement
The FTMg energy consumption flow meter measures gas flow and temperature as well as the process pressure, making it a cost-saving multi-talent. With high measurement dynamics and low pressure loss, it measures non-corrosive gases with extreme efficiency. The contrast-rich color display enables easy operation of the FTMg and allows for representation of several measured values as a process diagram. Internal data logging over seven days and integrated static evaluation help detect even the smallest leaks in a pneumatic system. PoE also enables simple web-based connection to a PC or a cloud to make energy consumption more transparent. All measurement data can be transmitted via IO-Link or with switching and analog signals. he Intelligent Inspection SensorApp from SICK ensures easy object classification that is not possible with traditional rule-based machine vision. The SensorApp is powered by deep learning technology and available as a licensed option when ordering InspectorP6xx 2D vision sensors from SICK. The example-based approach and easy-to-use user interface makes it quick to learn and paves the way for simplified solution development. The user can easily collect training data to be used in the neural network training, and deploy the trained network directly on the sensor without the need for any extra equipment. In addition, traditional rule-based machine vision software tools are included.

PBST Druksensor
De PBST is een compacte druksensor voor precieze meting, bewaking en besturing van de druk in machinecircuits. Het apparaat kan op verschillende manieren worden gebruikt als schakelaar, meetomvormer of IO-Link-sensor met display. Het meet betrouwbaar vloeistoffen en gassen. Een robuuste keramische meetcel levert nauwkeurige gegevens die flexibel kunnen worden gebruikt via twee afzonderlijk configureerbare signaaluitgangen voor schakelprocessen en systeembesturing. Met het aanraakscherm kan de sensor snel en eenvoudig worden geconfigureerd. Kritieke toestanden kunnen eenvoudig worden herkend door een optioneel instelbare groen-rode kleurverandering op het display, wat de bewaking op locatie aanzienlijk vereenvoudigt.
