About us
Welcome to Schutte Bagclosures B.V., the market leader in the production, development, and sale of closure and binding materials for more than 60 years.
What started as a simple bag closure has grown into an international company with branches in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, and the United States.
We believe that packaging can be both smarter and more sustainable. That is why we develop bagclosures made from mono-materials that are easy to recycle, sourced from high-quality recycling streams, and produced from bioplastics and paper.
All our closures are recloseable, keeping contents fresh for longer. This helps to reduce waste and minimise environmental impact. Our range is wide and versatile, with and without wire, ensuring there is always a closure that perfectly matches your packaging.
Our research and development department designs every closure with functionality, quality, and efficiency in mind. They continuously work on new solutions in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and knowledge institutions. We know the market, listen to customers, and think along with them.
Products
CLIPBAND DUOCOLOR
Closure Plastic closure made of polypropylene, reinforced with two straight wires on the edges. Available in wire thickness: 2/6 and 2/7. Use Specifically designed for use on all well known semi-and full-automatic clip packaging machines. Can be used for closing bags for bakery, pastry, confectionery, pasta and noodle products. Colours Standard colour with middle part in another colour on one side. Available in different colour combinations, matching the colours of your packaging.
CLIPBAND PAPER
Closure Paper closure reinforced with two straight wires on the edges. Available in wire thickness 2/5, 2/6 and 2/7. Use On reels the closure is suitable for all well known automatic closing machines in industrial bakeries, confectioneries and pasta producers. For manual use available in cut lengths.

Closure Plastic closure made of polypropylene, reinforced with two staight wires on the edges. Available in wire thickness: 2/6, 2/7 and 2/8
CLIPPS
Closure Closure made of polystyrene. Use The universal clip to use with "automatic bag closing machines." Closures can be used with most plastic or net bags to pack bread, produce and other food products. Colours White, tan, dark blue, light blue, red, light red, green, light green, orange, yellow and black. Size Available in 0,8 mm and a heavy duty 1,2 mm thickness. Available with various hole sizes G-44, G-59, G-78, G-97 (3 teeth in hole) G-50, G-64 (2 teeth in hole) G Net-7, G Net-16, G Net-24, G Net-30, G Net-45 (for net bags) Packages & Weight On reels 10 reels of 5.000 pcs. in a carton. 15 reels of 4.000 pcs. in a carton. Heavy duty 10 reels of 2.500 pcs. in a carton. Note Re-usable and suitable for imprinting. Suitable for production areas with metal detection. The G-type is a non-residue producing closure and has 2 or 3 teeth for extra grip on the bag.
MASK TIES
Closure Reinforcement tie of plastic, with 1 or 2 wires of 0.5 mm up to 1 mm wire thickness. Available in a large number of specifications of material, model, colour, number of wires, and wire thickness. Made with special soft annealed wire for a comfortable and perfect fit at the face. Use Used as reinforcement in the production of nose, mouth and face masks for medical and industrial purposes. Mask Ties can be glued, sealed or otherwise integrated into masks. Colours White. MULTISTRIP
Closure Gang tie made of polyethylene, reinforced with one central wire of 0,30 mm or 0,36 mm. Can be supplied in gangs of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 or 75 closures. Use Can be used as add-on to packages of freezer, sandwich, waste and other bags. Can be supplied on reels for automatic insertion in the mentioned packages. Colours White, blue and green. Other colours on request. Size Gangs of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 or 40 closures. On reels: 700 meter. Gangs of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 or 75 closures. In cut lengths: 70, 75, 100, 150 oder 200 mm. CLIPPS DISPENSER-BOX

THERMOLOCK
Closure Closure made of PET material. Use For closing oven, microwave and freezer bags. Especially designed for use in microwaves and conventional ovens. Equipped with a safety valve to allow the overpressure to escape from the bag. Colours Blue transparent. Size Length: 117 mm. Thickness: 0,125 mm. On reels of 25.000 pcs. In gangs of 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 or 20 closures. Packages & Weight On reels 2 reels in a carton. In gangs 20 boxes of 5.000 pcs. in a carton. Note Can be used at temperatures up to 205° C. Quick and easy to open by hand.
