Vertical cartoning machines: for flexible and reliable packaging
Vertical cartoning machines handle the forming, filling, and closing of cardboard packaging in a single automated process. The product is fed into the carton from above, ensuring a compact, organized, and reliable packaging solution. The machines are suitable for packaging a wide range of products, such as vials, bottles, cups, and pouches, and can be loaded both automatically and (semi-)manually.
Pouch bags: versatile and efficient packaging solutions
Semi-automatic packaging machines Pronova's semi-automatic packaging machines work with automatic feeding and opening of pre-formed bags. The bags can then be filled manually or automatically, depending on your production needs. Fully automatic pouch filler The Manter Pouchfiller offers a fully automated packaging process. The pouch bags are automatically retrieved from a magazine and positioned under the filling opening. During this process, it is possible to apply a label. After filling, the pouch bags are transported via a support belt and sealed shut at the top.
Weighing systems: accuracy you can rely on, tailored to your product
Our range of weighing systems consists primarily of linear and multihead weighers for the agricultural and food sectors. The weighing machines are known for their quality, accuracy, and reliable performance. We work customer-oriented and review every request individually. If necessary, we provide custom solutions, using our experience and knowledge to translate your requirements into an optimally functioning weighing solution. Thanks to various discharge systems, the weighers can be easily combined with various packaging machines from our range. Operation is via a user-friendly touchscreen. The linear and multihead weighers are available in various versions and suitable for both food and non-food products, such as Brussels sprouts, potatoes, onions, celeriac, and wood chips. By assembling the optimal combination from the filled scales, the desired weight is achieved quickly and accurately.
Horizontal Flowpackers: efficient, flexible and future-proof
Horizontal flow packers are a versatile and reliable packaging solution for a wide range of products and industries. Thanks to a compact and modular design, these machines can be easily adapted to your production environment, both today and in the future. Supported by Industry 4.0 technology, they offer maximum control, high efficiency, and consistent packaging quality. The machines are suitable for a wide range of packaging materials, including plastics, paper, laminate, mono-materials, and sustainable films. Both hot and cold sealing are possible. Vertical Flowpackers: filling and packaging in one process

With this packaging method, the product is filled into the package from above and sealed immediately, making these machines particularly suitable for applications such as vegetables, lettuce, snacks, and other bulk products. Lid machine: fully automatic, designed for a continuous production process
The lid machine from Actitec BV is a fully automatic machine for unfolding and accurately placing pre-formed cardboard lids on boxes. This completely automates manual and labor-intensive work, leading to a more efficient and ergonomic packaging process. The machine operates with minimal clearance between box and lid, ensuring the lids stay in place better and the filled boxes are more stable during transport and palletizing. With a capacity of up to approximately 1,500 boxes per hour, crate detection, and a compact, industrial design, Actitec's lid machine is versatile and easy to integrate into existing packaging lines.

Robot Case Packers: fully automated solutions
Robot Case Packers automate the secondary packaging process by fully automatically packing products into boxes and crates. They are suitable for a wide range of products and packaging forms, such as punnets, clamshells, top-seal packaging, pillow bags, and net packaging. Thanks to the compact and modular design, the systems are easy to integrate into existing packaging lines, for example to replace a turntable. Fully automated supply The Robot Case Packers can be expanded with an automatic destacker for trays and crates. Empty crates or boxes are automatically fed as soon as the Case Packer requests them, for a continuous production flow.
Cardboard tray sealing machine: designed for high volumes, tailored to your needs
This advanced cardboard tray sealing machine is designed for companies that want to combine speed, flexibility, and sustainability. The machine seals cardboard trays with flaps using hot glue and is ideally suited for packaging fruits and vegetables, among other things. Thanks to the use of trays made from a single material, a 100% recyclable packaging is created, fully in line with the growing demand for environmentally friendly packaging solutions. Kwik Lok is the global specialist in bag sealing solutions. The product range consists of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual bag sealing machines, suitable for various packaging processes in the food and agricultural sectors, among others. Banding and banding machines
Banding is an efficient and sustainable way to bundle products using a paper or plastic band, entirely without shrink wrap. Labeling machines and ribbon printers: efficient solutions for printing and applying labels and printed ribbon

Ribbon printers With ribbon printers, you print variable information directly onto the feed ribbon during the packaging process. Our net packaging machines are designed for the efficient and reliable packaging of products in tubular nets or net bags from the roll.
