At the Empack trade fair, ROVEMA will present itself together with DL Packaging, its retrofit partner for high-quality, fully refurbished “Second Life” machines. These include form, fill and seal machines, dosing systems, and complete lines – sustainable and cost-efficient.

Bag designs tailored to your requirements From pillow bags to stand-up pouches and block bottom bags in a wide variety of shapes and closures – ROVEMA offers flexible packaging solutions that adapt to your product and brand needs. With over 40 different top seal shapes available for block bottom bags, you can create unique packaging that stands out at the point of sale. Carton packaging solutions we provide
Vertical or horizontal – flexibility is the magic word. Our cartoning machines offer: Bag-in-box packaging, direct filling of unpacked products in cartons and filling systems for packaged products. The cartoning program which can integrate different dosing systems provides the ideal solution for everything. For these versatile packaging processes, we supply the appropriate machines, such as the Cartoning Machine CMH-I (Intermittent Motion Horizontal Cartoning Machine), Cartoning Machine CMV (Bag-in-Box, the vertical cartoning machine), and the Spoon Feeder, a fully integrated solution for dosing spoons in flow-wrapped products. These machines ensure flexible and efficient processing, tailored to the specific requirements of your packaging.
Final packaging solutions we provide
Dual-purpose packaging. Many transport or case packages are also the sales packages and thus must be attractive and of high quality as well as robust and easy to handle. High package diversity needs to be taken in account. Even unusual pack styles are achieved by the large variation possibilities of the final packaging machines. For these diverse packaging requirements, we supply the appropriate end-of-line packaging machines, such as the Final Packaging Machine EF (American Case Packer), Final Packaging Machine ELS (Side Loader for filling transport packages), Final Packaging Machine ECL (for closing cartons with a separate lid), and the Final Packaging Machine ET (for trays). These machines enable flexible and efficient packaging, regardless of the style or application of the package.

Complete lines, dosing, vertical forming, filling and sealing, cartoning, case packing
At ROVEMA, we develop complete packaging lines that seamlessly combine dosing, vertical forming, filling, sealing, cartoning, and case packing. Our systems are flexible and reliable, adapting to your specific product and production requirements. From weighing and dosing the product to forming, filling, and sealing the package, through to cartoning and case packing — your product is packaged from A to Z with us. With our integrated solutions, your packaging process runs faster and more consistently, with less waste and fewer manual interventions. Whether you handle small batch sizes or large production lines, ROVEMA offers customized solutions that grow with your needs. Find out more about our turnkey solutions for salted snacks in the video. In this example, 50g and 100g crisps are packed into pillow bags at speeds of up to 100 bags per minute per machine. Our systems allow flexible grouping into 2 or 3 rows with 5–8 bags per row, along with various final packaging options. In the video, you can see the bags being packed into wraparound cases (WA cases) at up to 20 cases per minute.
Casepackers for Wraparound (WA)
The effective way to pack sales packages. The compact machine concept enables the erecting, filling and closing of wrap-around packages, from flat blanks, on a minimum of space. In combination with a grouping system, corresponding to the requirement of the sales packaging, a system solution especially adopted to the request of the customer is available.
Vertical cartoning
Compact and flexible. Probably the most compact bag-in-box line. This case, one or two Form Fill and Seal machines are integrated into a cartoning machine, additional conveyors and/or transfer systems are not required. Depending on confi guration and application, up to 120 folding boxes per minute can be produced. The bags are transferred vertically directly from the Form Fill and Seal machine into the folding box. The folding boxes are transported through the machine with oscillating movements so that the bag is transferred safely into the box.
Horizontaal kartonneren
Intermittent Motion Horizontal Cartoning Machine Hygiene, ergonomics and accessibility. To meet the hygienic design requirements, internal components and components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Upon request, the frame is also available in stainless steel. In the CMH-I construction, great attention was paid to the ergonomic loading height of blank magazines and solid construction of the functional relevant components. The compact design ensures optimized accessibility which is important for fast and easy setup of the machine. With the opening of just one single door, all machine components can be directly reached by the operator.
Casepackers voor AC en WA
American Case Packer Efficient and future-proof. The final packaging machine ROVEMA EF offers maximum flexibility when packing bags and folding boxes into American Case (AC) cartons. Cuts of different thicknesses and qualities can be processed. The ROVEMA EF is modularly expandable for future packaging tasks, e.g. after adaptation, also tray packagings with inner lid can be produced on this machine. Furthermore, the ROVEMA EF allows the closing of the cartons with tape as well as with hot glue, the changeover between the two closing methods is fast and easy. Flexible grouping systems - cycle chain or belt insertion - allow different layer patterns. Up to 15 cartons per minute with tape sealing with integrated sealing module, up to 25 cartons per minute with external sealing module!
Form Fill and Seal Machine BVC 310 Fresh
For high hygiene requirements and quick format changes The compact BVC 310 Fresh was specially developed for packaging fresh products such as salad, vegetables and fruit. It enables the packaging process to be optimized in terms of format and product changeover while ensuring first-class bag quality. The machine is ideal for dynamic production environments where time and flexibility are crucial and offers the best possible product protection.
Form Fill and Seal Machine BVC 180/260/400
The all-rounder High machine efficiency with perfect bag quality. The continuous motion Form Fill and Seal machine BVC is designed for maximum output performance. The machine is equipped with the Sense&Seal product detection and the high-quality sealing technology Premiumseal also at high speeds. This results in a very high machine efficiency whilst producing perfect bag quality. The product area is strictly separated from the drive area, which ensures that the machine satisfies even the most stringent hygiene demands. In addition, the machine can be quickly and easily cleaned.
BVC 165 Twin tube
High-Speed packing of sweets and snacks Up to 500 bags per minute! The continuous motion Form Fill and Seal machine BVC 165 TwinTube offers high efficiency and reduced downtimes due to an independent product detection for both lanes. The bag quality is excellent thanks to the servo-controlled longitudinal sealing. At the same time, the Form Fill and Seal machine impresses with a compact and space-saving design that ensures efficient use of production areas. The low construction height makes it ideal for production facilities with low ceiling heights. With its high output rate, it helps to reduce the cost per bag. In addition, accessibility to all modules and components is ensured, which contributes to an increase in machine availability.
SDH Schroefdosering
The hygienic design simplifies and shortens the process of the efficient cleaning. Almost every powder and smallgrained product like milk powder, coffee, spices, sugar and chemicals can be handled. It enables a very high degree of hygienic perfection in an efficient way. By the exact dosing, even with difficult products, the auger doser SDH fulfills the economic demand of the user on the base of the legal standards.
Refubished Rovema packaging machines from DLPACK
Second Life Packaging Solutions DL Packaging, part of Rovema, is the retrofit specialist within the group, focusing on refurbished Rovema packaging machines. We modernize and install dosing systems, vertical form-fill-seal machines, cartoners, and end-of-line packers. These so-called 'Second Life Packaging Solutions' are rebuilt to near-new condition. Additionally, DL Packaging offers you the opportunity to combine these into one fully automated packaging line – all from a single source. Our technicians like to think proactively with you to tailor the perfect machine or packaging line for your needs. And with our maintenance contracts, you are assured of a continuous and reliable workflow. Auger Condition Monitor - ACM
Maximum product protection during the dosing process! Our ACM determines the vibrations at the stainless steel hopper by means of a sound sensor. Thus reference values for individual recipes and packaging tasks can be defined and constantly compared with the actual values during production. If a deviation from the reference value is detected, e.g. due to metallic friction, warning messages and/or a machine stop are issued. With this method, contamination by the smallest particles - not detectable in the metal detector - can be detected in time.
ROVEMA Control Update P@ck-Control
Keep existing machines in production sustainably by upgrading the control system. When is the best time to modernise your control system? Even after decades of usage, we can guarantee the supply of spare parts for many ROVEMA machines. However, a one-to-one exchange is not always the best solution, as electronic components in particular are developing rapidly. This is where risk and opportunity are close together – the risk of no longer being able to obtain obsolete components is offset by the chance to further develop your existing machine and raise it up to a modern control level. In order to avoid a short-term remedy that is not a permanent solution, it is important to plan such measures in advance to prevent a serious situation. We can offer you a non-binding consultation with a sensibly coordinated upgrade concept for the conversion of your control system to the newest generation of ROVEMA P@ck-Control.
