Battery-powered hand tensioner for PP and PET strapping
The EST-31 is the ideal machine for entering semi-automatic plastic strapping. Thanks to its ergonomic design and efficient workflow, this machine increases productivity in a wide range of strapping applications. The EST handheld machines feature a user-friendly control panel that allows you to quickly and easily adjust strapping parameters to the product being strapped. Every pallet leaving the warehouse is exposed to forces that are often underestimated: braking torques, bends, vibrations, and fluctuating loads. When a load is not properly secured, damage, delays, and unnecessary costs occur. Safe transport therefore begins with a controlled wrapping process. The EXP-133 was developed to combine stability, ease of use, and reproducible quality. After all, a safe pallet isn't created by using more film, but by controlled and consistent wrapping. The EXP-133 combines intuitive operation with advanced settings that allow for optimal securing of every load. The user can easily adjust the wrapping speed, number of rotations, and film tension via the clear LCD screen. Thanks to multiple memory programs, operators can always work to the same standard—a key requirement for consistent pallet stability. Correct film tension is also crucial. With adjustable tension in three stages and pre-stretch up to 300%, the film is used to its full potential without damaging the load. This results in strong, compact pallets with reduced material consumption. The number of top and bottom wraps can also be adjusted independently, ensuring delicate or heavy loads receive precisely the support they need. The integrated height sensor automatically detects the pallet height and prevents errors during the wrapping process. Afterward, the film is automatically cut, reducing manual intervention and making the process faster and safer. The result is a stable pallet that can withstand transport forces along the way. EXS-158, bundle quickly and easily
The EXS-158 is a semi automatic strapping machine for plastic strapping. The product is placed in the arch and the cycle of strapping will be started by a touch of the button or foot pedal (optional).
