BVM bandeloring machines
BVM banding machines offer excellent flexibility for a wide range of packaging needs. BVM Wrap around packer
The BVM Tray or Wraparound Packers – depending on type and equipment. Available with right angled or off-set in line infeed. In 4 stations either a tray or a carton is formed from a flat carton blank. Moreover, it is possible to use a preglued carton sleeve. The carton is closed by means of hotmelt. A special feature of the BVM wraparound packer is the possibility of producing a carton which is closed from the top.
BVM papertec 95
Papertec 95/5 – Highly flexible packaging, either in kraft paper or in film on one packaging machine Thanks to our new packaging concept, we can present a machine generation that enables sustainable packaging of your products – optionally in paper or film. A newly developed sealing option at the packaging edges has made this innovation possible: here, a flat paper web (or a film) is first guided from a roll over special deflectors and formed into a half tube. In a further step, the Papertec 95/5 seals the half tube, which is filled with the packaging product in the running direction, on three sides in a stable, tight and attractive manner. When processing sealable 95/5 paper, the sealed paper is then separated with a cold knife. The paper is recyclable and withstands mechanical as well as technical demands; the use of recycling film is also possible. The Papertec 95/5 can be easily adapted to different product ranges, and the product length can also be varied and freely selected during production. To increase the recognition value of your shipments, the paper or film used can be printed in advance with your logo or other advertising content, for example. And to finally equip your system perfectly for shipping, you can also equip the Papertec 95/5 with scanners and address labelling
Kraus collator
The machine's short tooling times and modular design make it versatile and economic to use. The contiguous carrier line can be extended and also equipped with several feeders and processing machines (such as labelling machines). Thanks to a special frame, the feeder at station 2 can be moved to any desired position directly above the line The feeder's robust design makes it possible to lift it by its sides and push it, like a labelling machine, over the collator. This also provides many possibilities for other processing machines. The frame is also available in an electric height-adjustable mode. The JoKer-slide feeder, located on the face side, feeds the products reliably onto the collator's studded conveyor. The products, such as folding boxes, print products, books, magazines and other flat products, are aligned at precisely the required angle. The collator can work both in cycle mode and in continuous mode. An address sheet is fed onto the magazine over the Joker friction feeder at the second station.
Joker Shingled Feeder
The extended shingle infeed belt increases the autonomy of the system. The insertion height on the belt is at a comfortable height for the operator. With the shingle feeding belt, the pressure conditions in the take-off area are always the same, thus increasing availability. The products can be inserted as a stack in the vertical shaft of the shingle belt, which also provides additional autonomy. The belt pulls the products out of the vertical magazine chute and creates an even shingle on the belt.
Joker Foliding
The system can be used to reliably process a large number of cover sheets. With the help of the integrated pneumatic folding unit, the desired distance to the front edge can be folded and dispensed with the exact position using the JoKer servo. The print of the cover page is legible both on the front and back. The folding can be flexibly adjusted via the PLC control and can also be deactivated for simple dispensing without folding. The feeder reliably separates the cover sheet. In the outlet extension of the feeder, the already isolated cover sheet is folded using the integrated pneumatic folding unit and can then be dispensed onto the product in one pass.

Kraus FK Codingline
The machine's short tooling times and modular design make it versatile and economic to use with a variety of labeling methods. The printing line, with easily adjusted suction tracks, can cover a wide range of formats. The JoKer friction feeder, located on the face side, feeds the products reliably onto the suction conveyor. There, the vacuum conveyor conveys the carton boxes, either flat and open or already glued. The vacuum system allows the products to lie freely on the conveyor from where they can be printed or labeled wherever desired. The printing system then labels the folded boxes. A camera system is used to check the code and manage it in the database. If the camera does not read the product as correct, an impulse is issued to the automatic rejection unit and the defective product is discharged downward to a special catch box. Good products are transferred to the shingle outfeed conveyor, from where they can be removed manually

Smipack FW 300 E Inox aut. Flowpacker
The high reel flow pack machine features a rotary bar sealing system and AISI304 sliding surfaces for products. It includes an infeed conveyor with adjustable guides and removable vanes. The longitudinal sealing system has two pairs of drive wheels: the first pair pulls the film, and the second seals it, with manual opening for the sealing wheels. The high reel holder has a mechanical clutch and manual closing shaft. The dynamic film conformer has a position indicator with a numerical display. Cross sealing is done with a 150 mm wide bar, adjustable in height by handwheel. The motorized outfeed conveyor is also height-adjustable by handwheel. Drawers collect product waste along the infeed conveyor. The machine includes a printed film centering device, no product-no bag feature, and end of film reel sensor. Motors are controlled by inverters for the infeed conveyor, longitudinal sealer, and outfeed conveyor, with independent asynchronous motors. The cross sealer uses a brushless motor controlled by drivers. The machine stops in phase. The FLXMOD® control system has a Panel PC with a 7” touchscreen display and PLC, managing operations like sealing temperature adjustments, conveyor speed, and process statistics. It can schedule up to 50 work cycles and includes an emergency button. The machine is energy-efficient and CE compliant.
